The tenderer shall be a registered member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) or an authorized dealer of a NADCA-registered company. The tenderer shall upload a valid NADCA registration certificate. In the case of an authorized dealer participating in the tender, the tenderer shall upload the valid authorized dealer certificate issued by the NADCA- registered company along with the valid NADCA registration certificate of the principal company

Valid Electrical contractor license issued by any state Govt. to carryout Electrical installations work at least up to 415 Volts. If the license does not specify the class or voltage limit, the contractor must also upload a valid "supervisor competency certificate" issued by the state government for carrying out installation work at the minimum voltage limit required for the job (i.e. a minimum of 415V for this particular project)

Annexure-2 Certification to be submitted by Partnership firm / HUF/ LLP etc. (Applicable only in case of other than Company/Proprietorship Firm)

Contractor has to upload valid Partnership deed & Power of attorney, duly attested & notarized (Only for applicable firms soch as partneship firms, etc.)

Tenderer should upload an self-declaration to the effect that all the documents submitted by her along with her bid are true This affidavit is to be given by each member of partners of partnership firm/LLP/JV etc.(As per Annexure Enclosed). Non submission of the certificate, or submission o f certificate either not properly filled in, o r i n a format other than the prescribed format shall lead to summary rejection of your offer.

Tenderer should upload Declaration regarding association of Rly. Officer or retired Rly. Officer with tenderer(s) (As per annexure enclosed)

Tenderer should upload Tender form duly filled & signed with seal. (Annexure enclosed)

Tenderer should upload duly filled signed copy of "Acceptance / Deviation statement. (As per the annexure enclosed)

Tenderer should upload Firm registration particulars such as GST, EPFO, ESIC, MSME etc. whichever is applicable.
