Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, not exceedings 1.5 Meters in width and not excedings 1.5 Meters in depth for laying of electrical cables etc and getting out including forming bottom surface and sides complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling-in, of soft/ loose soils, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus excavated material (Soil) not exceeding 50 Meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for sand filling with clean, dry and sieved fine sand, unwashed including gently pruning around cables , after the cables are laid, in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying burnt clay fly ash bricks ,neatly laid adjacent to each other with axis of bricks perpendicular to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and Laying unreinforced precast concrete cable covers flat as per IS-5820 : 1970 with average breaking load for unreinforced covers as 300 Kg class HV, Type-I (For 11 KV Cables) flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and Laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover with peak as per IS-5820 : 1970 with average breaking load for unreinforced covers as 450 Kg class EHV-, Type-I (33 KV Cables) flat size 450 mm x 230 mm x 50 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing or laying in replacement HDPE (DWC) tubing 150/160( 6" inch) mm dia of pressure rating 6Kgf/Cm2 fixing on poles, walls under floors, road crossing laying on surface etc as reqd at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rates of required accessories, bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps etc deemed to be included in quoted rates .

Supply, laying & fixing galvanized steel tubing 150 mm bore "light grade" with GI fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including FI (25 mm x 6 mm ) clamps as required for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying in trenches or passing through pipes, ducts or drawn across roads/paths/drains of fixed along poles/walls/floor etc, including connecting up, testing and commissioning of Cross Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, Screened, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable , heavy duty, with aluminium conductor 33000 Volts grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core suitable for 33 KV earthed system HT cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (ii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of Size 120 Sqmm 03 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for straight through joint cold shrinkable 11 KV earthed system suitable for XLPE cable of size 3 x 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,fixing and laying and testing XLPE cable insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip of wire armored , electric power cable (Heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductorof size 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (ii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

M&Lfor replacement of air break gang operated triple switch( GOD) outdoor type , vertical mounting type of capacity 400 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carrier and HT fuse element having upto 60 Amp rating suitable for HT 33 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commission lightening arrestor suitable for HT 33 KV expulsion type 65 KA 33 KV rating incl complete connections in replacement complete all as specified directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to copper earth lead strip of size 20X3.0 mm at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 40 mm dia GI pipe ( Light Grade) for protection pipe and arrangement of watering pipe through 20 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade incl PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing and dismantling ,taking down old unser earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator,PCC earth Pit, CI frame ,RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh are incl in quoted rate and watering pipe, earth lead protection pipe, test poit, and earth lead exceeding 7.5 mtr are measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in repair of Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or fixed on wall with porcelain insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20x3 mm copper strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable route indicator/cable joint indicator solid block of size 75cmx30cmx10cm in arc shape at top above the ground level duly embossed words as per requirement including required necessary excavation , earth work, PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 2,03,607.00
