M&L for Removing from existing GI charpoy, broken unserviceable GI elbow 32 mm 3 way carefully without damaging the threads, supply and fix new GI elbow 32 mm 3 way (ISI Marked) to GI charpoy complete all as directed. DRG NO FD- 220 Note: If any thread in leg, short rail or long rail found damaged, the same shall be rethreaded and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Removing from existing GI charpoy, broken unserviceable check nut 32 mm carefully without damaging the threads and supply and fix new check nut 32mm dia to the GI charpoy complete all as directed. DRG NO FD- 220.

M&L for Cutting out from existing GI charpoy, serviceable part of the unserviceable long rail to convert it in to short rail made out of 32mm GI pipe including threading as required & assembling all as directed. DRG NO FD- 220.

M&L for Cutting out from existing GI charpoy, serviceable part of the unserviceable short rail to convert it in to legs made out of 32mm GI pipe including threading as required and plugging one side of the leg by welding suitable MS flat bottom plug and assembling the GI charpoy all as directed DRG NO FD- 220. Note : cost of Unserviceable leg shall be measured under Sch of credit.

M&L for New long rail made of 32 mm dia GI pipe Medium grade 1.80 m long ISI Marked including threading both sides as required and assembling the GI charpoy including removing unserviceable long rail all as directed. DRG NO FD-220.

M&L for New short rail made of 32 mm dia GI pipe Medium grade 0.9 m long ISI Marked including threading both sides as required and assembling the GI charpoy all as directed. DRG NO FD-220. Note : Cost of removal of long rail shall be measured under item No. 04

M&L for Removing old unserviceable ply wood of bed ply wood top and S & F new ply wood 6.5’ x 3’ and 12 mm thickness BWR grade with nut & bolt and fixed as per drg No FD-220.

M&L for M S Flat of size 25 x 12 mm thick, 900mm long welded between two long rail weld with G I charpoy frame including 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed. Drg No FD-220

M&L for Recanning of chair verandah with not less than 4mm wide slightly round white plastic cane including painting the chair with one coat of white enamel paint after preparation of old surface all as directed . DRG NO FD-19(M).

M&L for Supply and replace hard rubber / PVC bush of size not less than 20mm fixed with copper screw & washer to the legs of the chairs all as directed. DRG NO FD-19 (M)

M&L for Removing and providing spot welding / continuous welding where ever required for repairing Joints, broken MS conduit pipe of frame of chair tubular steel/ chair varanda etc. Drg No: FD-19(M)

M & L for removing old unserviceable teak wood seat frame from existing chair Tubular steel type 'A' and S&F new teak wood seat frame duly caned fixing with nut and bolts and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of pink primer and painting the chair fully with a coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surface all as directed. FD- 75(M).

M & L for removing old unserviceable teak wood arm rest of chair tubular steel type 'A' and S&F new teak wood hand rest fixing with suitable screws and painting with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint after applying pink primer including preparation of the surface.DRG NO FD-75(M).

M & L for removing old unserviceable teak wood seat frame from existing chair Tubular steel type 'B' and S&F new teak wood seat frame duly caned fixing with nut and bolts and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of pink primer and painting the chair fully with a coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surface all as directed. Dismantling/removing old unserviceable hand rest for Chair CBA special with hand rest Squire type and S&F new hand rest of size 19x600x300mm made out of prelaminated particle board "L" shape with PVC beading around the particle board and MS Tubular pipe of size 700x15mm "L" shape with clam screw and along with neessary welding squire type pipe and painting with two coats of synethic enamel paint over a coat of primer after carrying out proper preperation work all as directed Drg No FD-120

M & L for Preparation of existing painted steel surface by cleaning thoroughly of dirt, fluxing material and scrapped with hand scraper followed by wire bushing or by blow lamp and finally sand papering the surface to remove all scales and rust. The surface shall then be wiped finally with mineral turpentine to remove oil, grease etc. If any dents and scratches, it shall be filled with using a good metal putty by knife pressing and finally applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of shade green/ phirozi blue over a coat of red oxide primer as required & approved (spray painting) for the following:-
