REMOVING AND REINSTALLATION OF VRF/VRV PLANTS NO 04, 05, 06 AND 16 FOR ROOF TREATMENT AT INHS ASVINI

Disconnecting all electrical connections, copper pipe, Cable tray, cables laid on roof top and discharging gas from out door unit of VRF plant and shifting complete material from existing place to near by new location as directed, removing the dust from body with blower, servicing condensor coils and compressor, reservoir areas completly by wet servicing using approved chemicals by OEM manufacturer and re assembling after setting all parameters by using softwares by an OEM Engineer making all the connections and refixing the unit at its original place after water proofing treatment on roof top without dammage including nitrogen pressure testing, Vaccumizing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : i) Spare Parts and Refrigerant gas will be measured & paidly separately under respective items here in after. ii) Make - Blue star of capacity 48 HP ( Consisting 3 Units) _ Plant No 4.

-Ditto- as per item No 1.00 above but VRF unit 34 HP ( Consisting 4 Units) _ Plant No 6

-Ditto- as per item No 1.00 above but VRF unit 16 HP ( Consisting 2 units) _ Plant No 16

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of mirror finish inside /outside refrigerant piping of standard size as per manufacturerrs instructions including thermal insulation out of hard drawn copper pipes suitable for VRV system including all fittings like bends elbows, tees with all internal joints type fittings and tested for requisite pressure with supported at every 2.4mtrs of intervals. All refrigerant piping to be insulated with 19/13mm class "0" Armaflex nitrile rubber insulation complete and refrigerant pipe shall be laid in GI tray all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of communication copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 2 core, non polarity cable with end termination between indoor to outdoor units, communcation cable between the individual controllers to the main central controller shall be laid in and including PVC conduit including accessories complete all as specified. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Finolex, L&T, Havells, Polycab, Plaza, Anchor

S & F perforated cable tray of size 300mm x 50mm and 2mm thick made out of pre galvanised hot dipped duly powder coated fixed/ laid on and including PCC bed blocks of suitable size laid at interval of 1mtr c/c complete all as specified.

Supply and charging refrigerant fresh gas R- 410A complete all as specified. Make- Mafron
