| 1 | Periodical maintenance / servicing of solar water heater,flat plate collector type/ glass tube collector type, storage type with electrical backup of capacity 100 to 300 LPD, as per manufacturer instruction comprising of the following works at different locations at AGE(I) Ayodhya.
(a) Complete cleaning of solar system, removing of dirt dust etc.
(b) Cleaning of heating surface glass with glass cleaning solution.
(c) Opening of cold & hot water connection draining out deposited water removing of mud turbidity etc & cleaning with fresh water.
(d) Checking of Non return valve, Electrical backup system & sacrificial anode & tighten the connection.
(e) Checking of glass holding tube joint & rectification of leakage.
(g) Replacement of unserviceable spare parts . Note:-(i) Preventive maintenance shall be carried as per direction of Engr-in-charge.
