Supply delivery and storage at site of Ultrasonic type continuous level measuring unit with provision of 4 to 20 mA analogue signal, indicator and recorder for continuous level monitoring as well as 5 nos. relay out put for sensing high, low, low - low level in suction sump as per specification.

Supply & delivery at site horizontal type centrifugal self priming non-clog dewatering pump with horizontal type 415V ,50 Hz , three phase squirrel cage Induction motor including supply of channel base frame ,coupling and coupling guard complete set Discharge capacity : 5.75 M3/hr Total Head : 10 mtr. Suction/delivery- 40mm/35mm (1W +1S)

Supply and delivery at site 40mm dia G.I pipe. With fittings i.e- Elbow, Union, Nipple. G.M Wheel valve. GM Foot valve etc for making suction and delivery line of dewatering pump.

Supply, delivery and intallation at site of automatically controlled plunger type chlorinator dosing pump with flow rate 0-200 LPH and 12Kg/cm2 maximum pressure with all accessories including suitable prime over flow rate tank etc.The pump shall be coupled with 2HP motor having 3 phase power and 1440 rpm (±4%).Installation is including cost of necessary brick foundation base with net cement finish by supplying all require metrials as per direction of EIC. (Test certificate and Garanty certificate of pump and motor is to be submitted during delivery)

Design, manufacturing and supply of 2MT capaciy x 8 mtrs Span approx x 6.5mtrs. Lift singie glrder construct on Hand Operated Over Head Travelling Crane compleie with indef brand Triple Spur Gear Chaln Puley Bock and Geared Travelling Trolley including supply of Steel Gantry Girder wilh 40mm square rail suiable for the above crane for total length of 16 x 2 = 32 mtrs. The bay length shal be 20mtrs. (approx)and suppo(ing disiance for the steel gantry g rdershall be 4.0 mtrs. max. The Crafe shall be des gned for class-1 duty indoor operation conforming to lS:807, lS:3177 and lS;3832. The Crane and Gantry Dirder shall be supplied at site duly painted with two coats Red Lead Primer. (Test and Guarantee Certificate have to be supplied at the time of delivery)

PART-B (Zone-I Intallation) Installation of all items mentioned as in PART A including supply of all erection items, as required for installation of Centrifugal pumping machineris, all valves, suction delivery pipe line, PDB Panel MCC panel, dewatering pump, Chlorine system, cable tray, chequred plate, indoor & outdoor light, crane, laying of all cables including supplying all necessary items i.e- nut &bolt wather rubber gasket, with painting, jointing of cables termination cable soketing by suitable rated sockets, jointing the delivery header with existing Rising main, suporting piller and paining anticorrosive paint etc. including cost of gas cutting, welding etc. as required for complete installation as per Hydraulic standard & IE rules in compliance by engaging skilled technician all complete as per Technical specification and upto entire satisfaction of EIC. (Except Item No-19)

Supply, delivery Fixing at site G.I cable tray for laying of power cable and G.I Perforated cable tray for laying of control cable at Sub-Station having proper M.S. structural support as per technical specification

Earthing & lightning protection for Pump house, electrical installation etc as per ISS and IE rules and as per technical specification .

Lighting and luminaries arrangement at the head works site including internal illumination of pump house building etc.as per technical specification

Supply delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like 6kg capacity Fire Extinguisher , sand bucket with bracket , rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box, complete as per technical specification.

Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Pumping machineries, PDB cum MCC Panel, Actuator, chlorine system, earthing, cable etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.

Operation including trial run of the entire installation of pumping station, electrical system, chlorination system etc. on 24 hours basis including guarding for a period of 365 days are to be provided with supply of personnel from the date of commissioning. During this period supply of all consumable materials, sundries & lubricants are to be supplied by successful tenderer.

Installation of all items mentioned as in PART-C including supply of all erection items, as required for installation of Centrifugal pumping machineris, all valves, suction delivery pipe line, Panel MCC panel, dewatering pump, Chlorine system, laying of cable, cable tray, indoor & outdoor light & fan, crane, including supplying all necessary items i.e- nut &bolt wather rubber gasket, with painting, jointing of cables termination, cable soketing by suitable rated sockets, jointing the delivery header with existing Rising main, suporting piller and paining anticorrosive paint etc. including cost of gas cutting, welding etc. as required for complete installation as per Hydraulic standard & IE rules in compliance by engaging skilled technician all complete as per Technical specification and upto entire satisfaction of EIC.
