Dismantling wall and ceiling boards(fibre,pulp,uninsulation etc) or unsulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillet complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc any description complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing surplus spoil out of Defence Land where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quions, arches pillars etc but excludding precast concrete articlescomplete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame not exc. 1.5 sq m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the fames) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame exc. 1.5 sq m but n.exc 4 sq m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the fames)

M&L anodized aluminium powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) door shutter having 150mm x 44mm x 2.85 mm thick bottom rail, 150 mm x 44mm x 3mm thick middle rail, 100mm x44mm x2.85 mm thick stile and top rail including necessary fitting joinery cleat, glazing packing snap beading 10 mm x 10 mm ,powder coated aluminium handle 200 mm long (02 Nos) , 3 Nos 100 mm size chromium plated butt hinges, 2 Nos 200mm size Aluminium tower bolt and double action floor door spring hydraulically regulated inlcuding frame of section 100 mm x 44 mm x2.85 mm and door shutter, 5mm thick tinted glass and pattern, 100mm Mortice latch with two levers brass body (Make : Harrison) and fixing including taking down of existing chowkat with Shutter complete all as specified and as directed. S & F of armstrong mineral fibre acoustical suspended ceiling system with dune (Tegular) edge tiles with armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.5, light reflectance > 85% , thermal conductivity K = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, colour white, fire performance UK class 0/ class I (BS 476 pt-6 & 7) in module size of 600x600x16mm, suitable for green building application with recycled content of 32%. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude 32 with 24mm wide T section flanges colour white rotary stitching on all T sections i.e the main runner, 1200mm & 600mm cross Tees with a web height of 27mm and a load carrying of 7.1kgs/sqm and minimum pull strength of 100 kgs. The T section have galvanising of 90 grams per sqm and need to be insatalled with suspension system of Armstrong. All accessories manufactured and supplied by Armstrong world industries.
