(Spec No. RDSO/2013/EM/ SPEC/0016 (Rev'2')-2025 or latest)

Please refer chapter on Instructions & special condition of contracts to Tenderers and its sub-clauses. Documents testifying tenderer's technical/ Financial eligibility, previous experience should be produced along with the tender. The Tenderer should submit/upload along with his tender credentials.

Only contractors, having valid Electrical Contractor's license are eligible. Tenderer should submit a self-attested copy of such license along with their offer. Offers received from tenderers, not having valid license shall be summarily rejected.

Tenderer should have PWD License for erection and maintenance of Lift from Lift Inspector, Government of Maharashtra. Tenderer should submit a self attested copy of such license along with their offer Offers received not having valid PWD license shall be summarily rejected.

The bidder shall submit along with the bid a valid and legible copy of the RDSO Elevator Type Test Clearance / Type Test Certificate issued by RDSO, clearly indicating the OEM/manufacturer, make, type/model and passenger capacity of the elevator for which the type testing has been successfully completed.

Self attested copies of GST ID and PAN No needs to be submitted along with the offer.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Contractor is to abide by provisions of Payment of Wages act & Minimum Wages act in terms of clause 54 and 55 of KR GCC. Contractor shall register his firm/company etc. and upload requisite details of labour and their payment in the portal 'www.shramikkalyan.indiarailways.gov.in'.

Contractor shall upload all information monthly on 'www.shramikkalyan.indiarailways.gov.in' website and shall submit a certificate along with the bills, that "I have uploaded the correct details of contract labours engaged in connection with this contract and payment made to them during the wage period in above portal.

Standard general conditions of contract, July 2022, shall be applicable for this tender/work
