SCH 'A' PART-I

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring for light, bell, fan, socket outlet, complete in all respect including fittings such as wooden battens junction boxes, round blocks Bakelite sheets, and making good to the disturbed surface of wall, ceiling or floor etc to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing DB TPN/SPN any type of any capacity including MCBs and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing light fittings any type of any capacity removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area), single core, flame retardant low smoke (FRLS), PVC insulated and un sheathed cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade, suitable for light/bell/fan point terminated in and including mild steel terminal boxes covered with new 3 mm thick HYLAM Make plastic laminated sheet and controlled by one switch including flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated un sheathed multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area)single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly , complete all as specified and directed. Note :-The cost of making good to the disturbed surfaces to match with the adjacent surfaces shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but for multi pin socket outlet 5 Amps multi purpose on the same board with other switches including continuous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm & connected to earth dolly. Note:- Switch and socket to be measured and paid for separately.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but for multi pin socket outlet 5 Amps multi purpose on independent board using 2.5 sqmm and 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable for wiring and earth continuity conductor respectively. Note:- Switch and socket to be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED tube rod 20 watts (retrofit LED tube), energy saving recess/surface mounted luminaries suitable for fix in the batten fitting 1x18W to 22W, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs recess mounting LED slim ceiling light fitting extruded aluminum housing and milky diffuser suitable for 2' x 2' ceiling cell of 36 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED Bulk head luminaries 1x 10 Watts with IP-65 & heat resistant, prewired complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair integral polycarbonate LED channel with white acrylic cover of capacity 10 watts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair integral polycarbonate LED PL-L rod with 2G11 lamp holder of capacity upto 18 watts complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair integral polycarbonate LED rod with 2 pin two sided lamp holder of capacity upto 9 watts complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Sheet metal distribution board double door, vertical type VTPN suitable for mounting of MCB 4 pole as incoming and MCBs as outgoing, including earth dolly made of CRCA sheet of thickness 1.6 mm with IP- 43 protection, 4 ways, 415 volt, fixed flush to wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCBs SP 240 Volts 5 Amps to 40 Amps B curve 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCBs SPN 240 Volts 5 to 40 Amps B curve, 10 kA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement of MCBs, TPN, 415 Volts, 40 Amps, B curve, 10 kA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI wire 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3, including exc & earth work in any type of soil, disposal of soil, providing alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, construction of pcc earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 15mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion including taking down of old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid separately.

SCH 'A' PART-II

Dismantling and taking down carefully the defective street light /security light fitting of any description/type (HPSV/HPMV/MH/LED/FTL/T5 fitting etc) and servicing/cleaning checking connections including M & L for PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded twin core 1 sqmm cable from connector block to choke and choke to lamp holder, approximately 0.30m length, and reassembling and 2.5 sqmm twin core service wire from connector to junction box or OH conductor and refixing at its original location, including reconnections and testing/commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Choke, lamp and ignitor shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply only VPIT ballast, heavy duty copper wound, suitable for HPSV/MH lamp 150 watt.

Dismantling and taking down carefully the defective High mast light fittings by mechanically/manually and removing the unserviceable choke, MH Lamp tubular type any wattage and ignitor and repair/ replace it by new items and servicing/cleaning checking connections including M & L for PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded twin core 2.5 sqmm cable from connector block to choke and choke to lamp holder, approximately 0.30m length and reassembling and refixing at its original location, including reconnections and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Choke, lamp and ignitor shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminum stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension GI wire, one twin core cable flat or circular with size 4 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminum stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension GI wire, one twin core cable flat or circular with size 6 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of Street light poles tubular type 9 mtr long in two coats of aluminum paint and one coat of red oxide as primer including writing of pole nos all as directed.

M&L for pruning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 2 Mtr of tree both side of the OH line with JCB, Cutter and all tools, plants etc all as directed.

Taking out old/unserviceable UG cable of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches or drawn through pipe or fixed on wall/poles, LT UG cable 1100 Volts, heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wired armoured with aluminum conductor of following size:-

(a) 10 sqmm 2 core,

(b) 16 sqmm 4 core,

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading and levelling, water and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying of Sub-Class B Brick, well burnt laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in Trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, galvanized, light grade, ISI marked 50mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete.

Cutting bituminous road/path for passing of elect cable through GI pipes and making good to the cut surfaces by concreting with PCC 1:3:6 to match with the adjacent surfaces complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair, Install Testing & Commissioning complete self supporting totally enclosed single door, outdoor, LT bus bar box compartmentalised design, dust and varmin proof of size 450 mm(Height) x 450 mm(Length) x 450 mm(Width) suitable for 440 Volt 3 phase 4 wire system, 63 Amps TPN (01 Nos), MCB (03 Nos) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and built upon rigid frame work having front and rear hinged doors with neoprene rubber gasket including danger plate, earthing strip point and, ventilation louvers at the rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size of Zinc/Chromium plated and nuts, bolts ;and washers etc. The box shall be synthetic enameled painted and Copper bus bar 400 amps-04 Nos, supported with suitable size of heavy duty porcelain stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be provided with colour coded sleeves (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral and including incoming/ outgoing cable holes at the bottom. The box shall be embedded with 75 x 6 mm MS Angle Iron frame and 50 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of LED flood light Luminaries 100 watt with pressure die-cast aluminum housing with heat resistance toughened glass & IP 65 protection, fixed with existing GI Bracket/Clamp, Nut, Bolt and washer, connection with 1.5 sqmm 3 run copper wire from junction box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Automatic Street Light Switch using NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of Street Lights based on LUX level of Natural Light. The Sensor (Nature Switch) along with suitable Power Contactor, MCB and Support Terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound conforming to IP54. The Contactor, MCB and Circuit Wiring should suitable enough to take load of load 12 kW equally distributed over 3-phase (4kw/phase). Contactor Rating: 40 Amps (4-pole). MCB rating 40 Amps (SP 3 nos.). Wiring for main load with 6 sqmm copper conductor FR grade cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of LED street light on street light pole of capacity 60 watts energy saving environmental friendly long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminum IP 66 suitable for general purpose lightening complete all as specified and directed.
