Taking down chowkats or frames with Shutters (without taking off the shutter from the frame) of area n.exc 1.50 Sqm each and removing from site.

All as per item No. 1 here in above, but area exc 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 4.00 Sqm

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet rein forced with MS square bar tube, S & F in opening as per specification & drg make : Rajshri / Sintex.

Supply and fix factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter 28 to 30mm thick (stiles) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on black face complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F factory made pressed steel made out of mild steel black sheet of 1.25 mm thick of profile 105 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges (100 and 50mm), lock strike plate etc. Complete including one shop coat of priming and threshold of 12mm dia round bar 1 nos welded at bottom of frame, all as Specified.

All as per item No.7 here in above, but of profile 125mm x 60mm complete

Factory made 35mm thick IInd class hard wood glazed or skelton shutter open rebated prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. without sash bars edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass guage etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8, clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified.

35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed panelled, door shutter (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Hacking out old brocken glass from wooden/steel frames and fixing 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane
