Note : - Provn of Temp shelter and allied work is being executed at the location where Oxygen Generator plant already proved by MH Allahabad. Hence, all safty precaution needs to be taken by contractor during the execution of work to avoid any damage of plants and equipment and cost of the same deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Excn in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide & n. exc. 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil & getting out all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone agregate as in foundataion fiiling & mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with Fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in CM (1:6) all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers n.exc. 25CM thick in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated mtrl exc.250 Mtr & depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 Km above the starting point all as specified and directed..

M & L 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone agg as in sub base of flooringall as specified and directed..

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M & L for DPC in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork 40mm thick all as specified and directed..

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed..

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter finished even and fairall as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions finished even and fair all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 (20mm graded aggregates ) Foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc. basement slabs, under reamed piler and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 type (20mmgraded aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including, cranking binding with & including MS wire not less than 0.90m dia or securing clips all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS bars 5mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including, cranking binding with & including MS wire not less than 0.90m dia or securing clips as in stirrups, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of guage n.exc. 63mm, deposited spread & levelled in layers n.exc.15CM thick, waterd & rammed to a true surface using broken bricks 50 MM thick all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2, 75 MM thick as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over 3 mm thick wall care putty and surface make smooth.

M & L for preparing new plaster surfaces of wall including cornices and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide all as specified and directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail staight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, drain frame, doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. Wind ties for roof including securing bolts etc conforming to Fe - 290 Gde E - 165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Compund girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, spliecs etc, built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffencers, gusset plates etc confirming to Fe - 410 - W (Gde E - 250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc confirming to Fe - 410 - W (Gde E - 250 quality A)complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe - 410 - W (Gde E - 250 quality A).

M & L Expanded metal not exc 4kg/Sqm , cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members

S & F for Fe- 290 Gde E- 165 Rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, dia of shank 5 to 10mm length of bolt each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and n exc 10cm length long complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

M & L fo preparing new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description over n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer complete.

Supply,installtion,testing & commissioning of Copper pipe 28 mm outlet dia with 0.90 mm wall thinkness,seamless, deoxidised, non arsenical , half hard, tempered and degrees manufactured as per BS 6017 of 1981 table 2, Gu-DHP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installtion,testing & commissioning of Isolation valve 28 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of MS clamp with copper pipe line layed in trench including drilling,fastners, nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installtion, testing & commissioning of automatic oxygen panel 60 PSI of required size as per oxygen generation plant & complete all as specified and directed by Engi-in-Charge.
