M.S. Supports: Supply of materials, erection, installation with epoxy primer and epoxy painting for duct, plenum, structures, equipment support, duct reinforcements / bracing (angle / channel / plate/ pipe / rod / fasteners) including plate EP’s with anchor fasteners in RCC structure for duct & equipment support

Supply Duct (GI, 20G, Grade 120 gsm/m2 Zinc Coating): Procurement of material, fabrication, installation complete with fittings, supports out of angles / channels /rods, anchor fasteners wherever required, GS nuts, bolts, gaskets, testing and as per the specifications. This cost will be based on the actual outer surface area of duct. However , support material & its fabrication cost will be paid separately as per item no.2)

Supply and return A/C Duct Thermal insulation - Supply and installation of Semi rigid glass fiber board (fire retardant) backed with cross fiber reinforced aluminum foils Thermal insulation with 36 kg/m3 density with protective coating on ducts.

M.S. 3 mm thick exhaust air duct, Procurement of material, fabrication, installation complete with supports out of angles / channels /rods, anchor fasteners wherever required, all welded joints with its support, testing, painting and as per the specifications . This cost will be based on actual outer surface area of duct. However, support material & its fabrication cost will be paid separately as per item no.2).

SS 304L, 3 mm thick exhaust air duct (for Melter cell and Lab): Procurement of material, fabrication, installation along with its support, testing and as per the specifications. This cost will be based on actual outer surface area of SS 304L duct. However, support material & its fabrication cost will be paid separately as per item no.2).

MS, 3 mm thick air plenum for supply system in supply fan rooms Procurement of material, fabrication, installation along with its support, testing, painting and as per the specifications. This cost will be based on actual outer surface area of plenum. However, support material & its fabrication cost will be paid separately as per item no.2).

Duct connections (3mm thk) in supply and exhaust fan rooms between filter bank to plenums and plenums to the fans: procurement of materials, fabrication, installation, testing along with its support structure. ( support material & fabrication cost is paid separately as per clause no.2 )

MS, 6 mm thick air plenum for exhaust system in exhaust fan room: Procurement of material, fabrication, installation along with its support, testing, painting and as per the specifications. Cost will be based on the actual outer surface area of the plenum. However, support material & its fabrication cost will be paid separately as per item no.2).

Flow balancing dampers/ Volume control dampers (VCD) – Rectangular for supply duct branches (MOC. 16 G (1.5 mm) Aluminum): Supply, installation and testing as per specification.

Supply air grilles with volume control dampers (VCD), Rectangular, double deflection type, MOC. Aluminum with powder coating (3 mm thk.): Supply, installation and testing

Return air grilles without collar damper, MOC as Aluminum with powder coating (3 mm thk.): Supply, installation and testing as per specification.

Supply , fabrication and installation of Louvers ( 3mm thk anodised Al) & SS wire mesh bird screen along with its mounting frame as per the specification

Supply and installation of Wall mounted propeller fans of capacity 3000 CMH @20mm WG complete with motor, starter, installation frame, wall cowl, etc. Casing, impeller and installation frame shall be epoxy painted & as per the specification.

Supply and installation of Tube Axial fans of capacity 5,000 CMH and static pressure 35 mm WG complete with motor, starter installation frames, wall cowl, etc. Casing, impeller and installation frame shall be epoxy painted

Alignment, Testing and Commissioning of Centrifugal type supply and exhaust fans, SISW backward inclined with aerofoil and upblast type complete with motor, modification of base frame (if required), inlet guard, flexible connection at outlet, vibration isolators etc. of following capacity and static pressure, including variable voltage variable frequency drive, bypass soft starter, PLC, panels with necessary control, indication and protection equipment. Capacity 65,000 m3/hr @ static pressure 200 mm WG.( 14Nos) , Capacity 75,000 m3/hr @ static pressure 300 mm WG.( 12Nos ) and Capacity 75,000 m3/hr @ static pressure 400 mm WG.( 2 Nos )

Installation, alignment Testing and Commissioning of Centrifugal type supply fans SISW backward inclined with aerofoil and upblast type complete with motor, base frame, manually operated inlet guide vanes, inlet guard, flexible connection at outlet, vibration isolators etc. of following capacity and static pressure. Capacity 30,000 m3/hr @ static pressure 150 mm WG. (2Nos) including supply of minor items like fasteners, gaskets, flexible connectors etc as required.

Installation of Isolation dampers – for supply and exhaust system at filter banks inlet / outlet and fans inlet / outlet along with necessary MS support structure. (Support material & fabrication cost is paid separately as per item no.2). Size 1400 mm diameter (98 Nos) and 1200 mm dia. (20 Nos) including supply of fasteners and gaskets.

Installation of Isolation dampers – for supply and exhaust system at filter banks inlet / outlet and fans inlet / outlet along with necessary MS support structure. (Support material & fabrication cost is paid separately as per item no.2). Size 700 mm diameter (12 Nos) including supply of fasteners and gaskets.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Air Handling Units. Double skin construction /8 row deep coil, along with motorizes 3 way mixing valves, temperature sensor & transmitters, valves, other instrumentations, accessories and as per tender specifications. For Type A (Capacity: 120TR, air quantity: 30,000 CMH, Fan static: 100 mm WC) ) including minor civil work, supply minor items like frames, fasteners, base frames etc.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Air Handling Units. Double skin construction /8 row deep coil, along with motorizes 3 way mixing valves, temperature sensor & transmitters , valves, other instrumentations, accessories and as per tender specifications. For Type B (Capacity: 40TR, air quantity: 11,000 CMH, Fan static: 65 mm WC) ) including minor civil work, supply minor items like frames, fasteners, base frames etc.

Performance testing of centrifugal fans, AHUs, Isolation dampers and Air flow balancing testing and commissioning of entire Air Conditioning, ventilation and exhaust system of WMP as per the technical specifications.
