Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in deep and getting out for laying of cable/ pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete all as specified and directed

Returning , filling in includiing spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing surplus excavated to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for available local sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned /consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed

M & L for unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover , Class LV ,Type1 flat ,size 250mm X150mm x 40mm as cable protection laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying galvanised iron pipe 'light Grade' 80mm in trenches , under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cables with all necessary fittings, including sealing ends complete all as specified and directed . (Make Jindal/Prakash Surya/Tata)

Supplying, laying and testing in replacement of LT UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables ( heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed. Supply installing, testing and commissioning AC 3 phase 50Hz,315 KVA capacity transformer copper wound step down transformer Indoor type 11000/433 Volts (at no load) double wound oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) and have in tapping at +/- 2.5 % +/- 5.0% and +/- 7.5% to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 55 degree centigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree centigrade and the transformer bushing on HT side and LT side all as per efficiency level -3 of IS 1180 /latest IS, standard losses of transformer is 955 watts at 50% load and 2750 watts at 100% load with percent impedance is 4.5 complete all as specified and shall be Comprising following accessories and the transformer shall be comprised with the follwing standared fittings:- (a) Three Nos porcelain Bushings HT 11 KV with copper bushing rods nuts and washers inside cable and including end box. (b) One cable box LV side consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rode complete with nuts and washer including box HV side.

(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (Silica Jal) (e) Explosive vent (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover having maximum temperature indication with resisting device for transformer. (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (h) The earthing terminal two Nos to facilitate fixing of earth strip. . (i) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete. (j) Air relief valve plug. (k) Initial filling to transformer oil. (Note : Testing of transformer to be carried out by officer detailed by Accepting officer before despatch from factory site)

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6.0 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (1991) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel vitreous enameled white of size 25cm x 20cm with letter fifures and conventional skull & bones in single red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, nute, bolts, and washer clamps made out of GI 25mm x 3mm for HT poles/transformers etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for high Voltage insulating Mats as per with IS: 5424: 1969,(Old Ltd) as per Govt. of India, Gazzette Notification, No:- So-2086, dt 17 July 2007, thickness of insulating Mats 2.5 mm , (ISI Mark : 15652) complete all as specified & directed. Make :- Jyoti Electrosafe/Vardhman/RMG Poly vinyl.

Supply and fixing cable path indicator made out of 300mm x300mm x 1.6mm thick mild sheet duly rivetteed and welded to 600mm long mild steeel angle iron of 30mmx30mmx5mm and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 block of size 300mmx300mmx300mm including necessary excavation and earth work and painting exposed surface of steel work two coats of synthemertic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and marking the size of cable and voltage complete all as specified & directed.
