Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs laid dry and pointed and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing building materials etc. obtained from demolition (other than spoil) outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc.and getting out and getting out in Hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width 1:3:6 Type C-1(20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) and setting in mortar CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of squared rubble,regular coursed,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted,built in CM 1:4.

All as per above Item No. 10 but except material.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints,as specified,of squared rubble walling, regular coursed, Secunderabad and Bangalore typesof squared rubble walling, regular coursed, Secunderabad and Bangalore types. Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc.20mmin Granite or trap stone.

M&L for keyed pointing to rubble or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to coarse with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete cast-in situ 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggragate) in bands, coping and the like including weathering throating as directed incliuuding necessary use of formwork all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth or above in cement concrete using extra cement including forms,moulds,mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:1.5:3 Type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, cornices,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate)75 mm thick as in sub flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling as in pathway in layers 50mm thick, including watering and consolidation as directed

M & L for framed work such as grill, gratings, etc with ends of bars shoulderedand /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work corn-conforming to Fe.290. Gde -E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450mm bore of Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including Demolitionof old damaged pipe any dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement Concrete bed in 1:3:6 type C-2 to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested.

M&L for Preperation of new plastered surface and apply two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer.

M&L for painting on steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of read oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surface new or previously treated surfaces. all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

M&L for Returning, filling soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material to out side MD Land and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.
