M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/ laying of 50 mm to 110 mm bore PP-R pipe of any description below/under existing road surfaces / floors at a level not less than 0.60 metre etc with using mechanical / or manual devices as required at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Cost of equipment tools and plant material (horizontal boring rig machine) required for boring shall be arranged by contractor at no extra cost to the Govt.
Supply, installation , Testing and Commissiong outdoor cubicle panel board for three phases, 4 wire , design verified as per IS/IEC 61439- 1& 2 for 415 Volts , 50 Hz rated fault level 65 KA with internal arc containment with IP-56 protection rupturing capacity at 415 volts , factory made in an approved factory having seven tank treatment process for powder coating with thickness not less than 60 microns with paint shade RAL -7035 provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and provided multifunctional digital panel meter with LCD display flush mounting type of size 96 mm X 96 mm, accuracy class 1, suitable for CTs with secondary current 5A and mounted on PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer or directed by the Engr -in - charge including earth work complete & general construction comprising of the following :- Note :- (i) The termination of LT cables in the panel will be through cable glands of appropriate size. (ii) The electrical connection of incoming switchgears & outgoing switchgears (ACB/MCCB’s) will be through copper strips bus bar of rating 1.5 times the current rating of respective switchgears. (iii) Factory visit/inspection for LT panels at OEM premises will be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer and all necessary arrangements will be get done by the contractor & quoted rates are deemed to be included for the same .
OUTER SHELL :- The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel and MS angle section 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm frame with front and back openable double door system lockable /openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air `U' type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequate to accommodate inner shell described below giving 75 to 100 mm space around & shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell alongwith its with its control gears & accessories could be taken outside without disturbing outer shell. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel, safety shall be made with degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-56, Computer out self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided.
INNER SHELL :- Inner shell made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalised for each control gear,front & back openable single door system lockable /openable by key from both sides having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy locks (02 Nos in each compartment) having louvers & air vent gasket fro natural flow of air, "U" type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof & to accommodate incomer / outgoing MCCBs and electrical grade busbar with 65 KA short time current (rms) for 1 sec and 105 KA (Peak) rated dynamic short circuit with stand with heat shrinkable sleeves alonwith shrouds for joints & eath duly colour coded shall be mounted on suitable size "F" class insulator made of nonhygroscopic , noncumbustile , track resistance , high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not less than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN busbar . The cubical incomer MCCB as wel las out going shall have copper TPN extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeder, the extension links shall not be less than 300 mm long supported on suitable size "F" class insulator made of non hygroscopic , noncumbustile, track resistance , high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All inter connections between the main busbar as well as outgoing feeder shall be arried out with TPN copper busbar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeder and should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. All control wires shall be with 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched , tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of copper lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness not not less than 100 microns. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm powder coated should be used at the bottom . The inner shell shall be of powder coated Siemens grey structtural RAL -7032 shade. An inspection lamp LED 5 watt with movable non ferrous chromium plated arm fitted on top side of inner shell shall be provided . The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 and carry the following controlls :-

INCOMING: (a) Bus bar chamber comprising 4 Nos copper strip bus bars made of copper strip with current capacity 400 A with 65 KA rated short time current (rms) for 1 sec & 105 KA (Peak) rated dynamic short circuit with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves alongwith shrouds for joints . (b) MCCB, 4 pole having current ratings 250 Amps, AC 415 Volts, with Icu= 36 KA , Ics = 100% of Icu, with microprocessor release and adjustable overload setting (Min 70% to 100%) as per IEC -60947-1 and 60947-2 standard and fixed magnetic setting, complete with spreader links. Taking out old unserviceable LT Panels complete any type complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for Earth continuity GI Strip size 25 x4 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed.
S & F GI tubing 40 mm dia "light grade" for protection of GI strip/cable including suitable size MS clamp complete all as specified and directed.
Provision of cable route indicator fabricated from 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron of minimum length 650 mm including 6 mm thick Cast iron disc of size 100 mm dia duly engraved (in casting ) HT/LT cable duly reveted with angle iron at one end and other end duly grouted in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using stone aggregate of minimum size 20 cm x 20 cm x 30 cm complete all as specified & directed.
