Removing of old unserviceable rexin/Tapestry cloth of sofa set 5 seater (1 x piece, size of 3 seater approx width 1800 mm, depth 835 mm, height 730 mm and single seater (650 x 835 x 730 mm) and supply and fixing new Synthetic rexin/composite rexine/leatherette of Best quality with plush foam seating and wherever required and as per existing pattern and approved by Engr-in-charge and cost of rexine/Tapestry shall not be less than Rs 650/- Per metre. Removing & supply and fixing new 3" steel leg shall be made of all as specified as per existing pattern and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Sofa set by best and suitable use of chemical solution.

Removing the old unserviceable and Supply & Fixing of new 75 mm thick cushion for seat with approved shade of Rexin from Engr-in-Charge. Make of Foam 40 density - Kurlon/Sleepwell/U-foam or equivalent as approved by GE.

Removing the old unserviceable and Supply & Fixing of new 75 mm thick cushion for back with approved shade of Rexin from Engr-in-Charge. Make of Foam 40 density - Kurlon/Sleepwell/U-foam or equivalent as approved by GE.

Painting of entire chair with two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

Repairs to Chair Computer with arms/Revolving or Computer Chair Adjustable with gas lift, TP

Replacement of old unserviceable castors wheel, Supply and Fixing new castor wheel of different types as per Existing pattern & requirement as approved by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing/tightening/welding and greasing of Chair Computer wherever required and painting with synthetic enamel paint of required shade.

Removing of old tapestry cloth & Cora black cloth and Supply & Fixing new tapestry cloth/rexine and Cora Black cloth (Tapestry and cora cloth of approved quality and shade) alongwith seat and back of Chair Computer. Unit rates include PVC lipping around & new plastic cover (Panni) against dust/dirt to seat and back after change tapestry work (Note: The rate of tapestry cloth/rexine shall not be less than Rs 300 per metre and will be approved by Engr-in-Charge.)

Removing of old unserviceable handle and Supply & Fixing new Handle of Black integral skin polyurethane Re-inforced with MS Insert. It shall be scratch and weather Resistant handle as per existing pattern or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable Hydraulic /Gas Pump Mechanism & supply and fixing new one with PVC Cup around fixing between prong and MS tilting frame. It shall consist of drop and provide lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the range of 65 mm and can be locked in 5 steps for better lumbar support.

Removing of complete old unserviceable MS Tilting Frame/Mechanism for combination lever to adjust chair height and lock rocking, fitted to seat and back & supply and fixing new one as per existing pattern or as directed by Enr-in-charge.

Removing of old unserviceable and Suuply & Fixing new Nylon 'A' 10.5 mm dia forged bright zinc plated MS Castor pin/Chrome base heavy duty is a press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. It should be minimum 600 mm pitch centre dia.

Removing of old unserviceable Tapestry cloth from the Auditorium chair and supply and fixing of new cloth not less than Rs 320 /- per metre. white long cloth shall be provided for the cushion before fixing new tapestry cloth. Tapestry cloth shade/colour shall be as approved by GE.

Painting to existing MS portion of chair with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer including removal of existing old paint. MELAMINE Polishing of exposed wooden surface.

Servicing of Auditorium chair including tightening of chair, oiling to spring and other moving parts of chair.

Cleaning of Auditorium chair by best and suitable chemical solution.

Removing old, Supply & Fixing of new Tip up spring and slider unit mechanism complete as per existing pattern and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Bench with cushion Seat and Back (1070x300x 900mm ), TP

Replacement of old unserviceable arms with new black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with MS Insert, both hand rest sections to have slope towards front as per trades pattern, as per existing pattern or as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing the old unserviceable MS Pata Frame fitted between seat & back and Supply and Fixing the new one, all as per existing pattern or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the old unserviceable seat and back and Supply and Fixing the new seat and back with panni for dust protection , polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density 50 -55 kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20 +/-2 kg on hampden machine and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping all around as per drawing, as per existing pattern or as directed by Engineer in Charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE W/PLY TOP, FD 220

Removing of old unserviceable Clit/MS Square tube & Supply and fixing MS flat of 35 mm in width x 5mm in Thickness along the width of charpoy in 2 Nos duly welded with frame as support to plywood with hole and fixed with required size nuts & bolts, max 2 Nos per one charpoy all as specified as per existing pattern and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable plywood and Supply and fixing new 12 mm ply BWR Grade 1 commercial IS 303 to charpoy GI pipe by means required size of nuts and bolts/screws, plywood size all as shown on drawing FD-220. Make- Kitply (Vista)/ century(Club)Anchor/Archid (Gold) or equivalent as approved by GE.

CHAIR FOR CONFERENCE REVOLVING , TP

Replacement of old unserviceable castors wheel, Supply and Fixing new PU chrome heavy duty castor wheel of different types as per Existing pattern & requirement as approved by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing/tightening/welding and greasing of Chair wherever required and painting with synthetic enamel paint of required shade.

Removing the old unserviceable top and Supply & Fixing new Top with rexin cover made out of 30 cm dia in round shape, cushion 75 mm thick , 40 Density as per existing pattern and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Polishing to stool with French polish of approved grade and brand after cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire wooden surface with sand emery paper, filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship. The polishing shall be carried out after making the article intact by tightening all parts and carrying out anti-termite and anti-bug treatment.

Table Writing Steel (1200 x 800 x 750 )

Removing old unserviceable and Supply & Fixing new Top of size 1200 mm x 800 mm made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade, natural teak color, edges duly covered with 4 mm thick beading of teak wood

Painting to Table with approved grade and brand after cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire steel surface with sand emery paper, filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship.
