PROVN OF SHADOWLESS OT LIGHT FOR BURN CENTRE AND LABOUR ROOM AT AHRR UNDER GE E/M RR HOSP. DELHI CANTT-10

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Double Dome Shadowless OT Light complete with ceiling flange, base tube and ceiling fixed assembly, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The OT light shall be European CE certified and US FDA registered and shall conform to IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-2-41 standards for medical electrical equipment with Class-I protection. The system shall consist of one main and one satellite round-shaped light head based on microprocessor controlled Hybrid LED technology with obstruction sensing and depth selection facility. Illumination shall be provided by multiple high performance Hybrid LEDs with illuminance of 1,60,000 Lux or higher using 100–120 LED lamps and light head diameter between 70–80 cm. LED life shall be 60,000 hours or more. External housing shall be made of high-grade ABS plastic resistant to electrical, thermal and chemical effects with efficient heat dissipation ensuring temperature rise not more than 1°C above ambient temperature. The illumination field diameter shall be adjustable from 18–35 ±1 cm with variable colour temperature from 3600K to 5500K ±100K and Colour Rendering Index (CRI) Ra/R9/R13 of 99 or better. Light depth shall be 65–120 cm with intensity control from 25% to 100%. Light head suspension shall be fully cardanic and shall not interfere with OT laminar airflow system, complying with DIN 1946-4 standards having turbulence intensity of 13–14%. The system shall have Endo Light facility for laparoscopic surgery with dim illumination range from 1600–16000 Lux. Shadow dilution performance shall be 95% with tube, 90% with one mask, 65% with two masks, 85% with one mask at base of tube and 60% with two masks at base of tube.>>>

The system shall be provided with sterilizable handle and touch-sensitive arm control for adjustment of illumination field, intensity, colour temperature and depth of light including synchronization of both light heads. SMPS shall be of 28V DC capacity and complete system shall include remote cordless tablet PC for changing operating parameters and integrated/external UPS suitable for minimum one hour backup. M & L for Sub-Main Wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable (ISI marked) drawn through PVC conduit of suitable size including all conduit accessories, together with 1 run of 4 Sqmm FRLS copper cable as earth continuity conductor, complete with thimbles, lugs, terminations and connections from Main DB/Panel to Double Dome Shadowless OT Light etc, including chasing/fixing of conduit in wall, ceiling or slab as required and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) to match existing finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for carefully dismantling/removing existing gypsum false ceiling including framework, suspension arrangements, screws, fittings and accessories at required locations for installation/fixing of Double Dome Shadowless OT Lights, without causing damage to adjoining ceiling surfaces and services. The work shall include cutting/opening of ceiling wherever required, temporary stacking of dismantled materials, refixing/reinstallation of existing false ceiling after completion of OT light installation and providing additional/new gypsum false ceiling wherever damaged or not reusable, including GI framework, hangers, perimeter channels, jointing, finishing, screw fixing, cutting for light fixtures and all necessary accessories. The work shall also include making good disturbed surfaces, finishing joints with approved jointing compound, sanding and matching existing texture/finish including painting/touch-up to match existing ceiling appearance, complete in all respects as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
