Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable/CI/GI/DI/PPR pipe and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC(1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, lacing courses, string courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, coping, kneelers,apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering and slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross section area 120 sq mm 3.5 core including taking down of ACSR/old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross section area 50 sq mm 3.5 core including taking down of ACSR/old cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for common burnt clay building bricks (locally available best quality), sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 of size 230x115x75 mm to cover LT underground cables, laid dry and flat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing light grade of size 50 mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing light grade of size 100 mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth wire protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 including reinforcement and one handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering , perforated at bottom. 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filled 150 mm thick all around the earth plate with fixing arrangement, funnel wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as per electical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning outdoor type LT panel/feeder panel of size 0.6mx0.6mx0.45m, CPRI approved factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof, double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm and minimum staging height not less than 0.5m duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door painted with powder coated paint and aluminium bus bar 300 amps suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz , 3 phase 4 wire system, mounted on PCC(!:3:6 type C2) platform all around the panel board comprising with and including the following accesories :- Incoming :- (a) MCCB, 4 Pole, 250A, 415 V, 25 kA.- 01 Nos. (b) Aluminium bus bar 4 strip of 300 amps (c) Internal connection by aluminium strip from MCB/MCCB to busbar and busbar to MCCB/MCB etc.

M&L for Aluminium Painting with one coat on 9 m LT pole and a coat of synthetic enemal paint upto 1.5 m above the ground level with black and yellow colour alternatively 25 cm interval from bottom of pole and the coping along with painting of channel and angle on tubular poles complete also numbering on tubular pole, writing neatly on the poles 1.5 m above ground level with letters and two to three numbers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fabrication of junction box out door type comprising of enclosure made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 300mmx300mmx150mm meter powder coated, front openning, duly screw locking arrangement with 4 Nos of aluminium busbar of 200 Amps 1100 volt grade, busbar duly fixed and including post insulators with provn of 02 Nos cable gland holes suitable for 01 incoming/ 01 outgoing cable and 01 No of 06 Amp MCB and provided with rubber bushing with provn of earth connection nuts, bolts with clamp of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F submain wiring of three run 1.5sqmm FRLSH wire PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in non metallic PVC conduit as per colour coding on pole/surface as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED flood light 70 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection with suitable size of clamp for fixing on LT tubular pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing all in one comprising of high efficiency LEDs (120 lm/W), solar street Light with luminaire wattage 24/25W, High Efficiency Mono Crystalline Solar PV Module 12V 50W, lithium Ferro phosphate battery 12.8V 24Ah with inbuilt BMS technology, high efficiency LED >93%, MPPT solar charge controller and aluminium extruded body, specially designed intelligent microwave sensor to control the dimming NAD brightness of light leads to extend working time and 5 m long octagonal pole (type CPT-5030) top dia 70 mm bottom dia 130 mm sheet thickness 3 mm including base plate of size (L x B x T) 200 x 200 x 12 mm, bolt size 4 x 16 mm dia and bolt length 450 mm complete all as specified and directed. S&F for 32 mm dia GI tubing light grade bracket over all 1.2 m length with cutting as required and bend to shape with flat iron clamp of size 32 mm x 4mm - 02 Nos, suitable size of nut bolts and washers complete for fixing street light fittings on electric poles including taking down old unserviceable/ fully rusted existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of LED street light fittings in aluminium PDC housing, toughened glass cover, individual LEDs with secondary optics, covered with IP66 protection with inbuilt surge protection of minimum 10 KV of capacity 45W. Make: Crompton/Havells/Philips/Bajaj/Wipro

Cutting existing CI/GI Pipes 100 mm dia and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All fittings used during the cutting of old connection and for provision of new connection are included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix Medium Grade 25 mm dia galvanised iron pipe, with all fittings like reducer, bends, elbow, sockets, nipple, connector etc laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Medium Grade 40 mm bore galvanised iron pipe, with all fittings like reducer, bends, elbow, sockets, nipple, connector etc laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 25 mm dia gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe including taking out old unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 40 mm dia gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe including taking out old unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 600mm x 600mm x 750mm (Internal dimension) one brick thick wall in CM 1:4 on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm aggregate) as in foundation and 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) internally, externally upto 15 cm below GL, providing valve pit cover made up of 3 mm thick MS Sheet/ plate, welded including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement including 40x40x6mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150 mm long, embedded in PCC Block 1:2:4 type B-1 ( 20 mm grade stone aggregate) of size 230x200x100mm including two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
