NOTE :- All accessories / apliances / equipments and the entire installation shall be guarantee /warrantee against DLP for a period of 24 months from the successful completion of said job The bidder shall provide free maintenance of one year beyond the defect liability period and shall bear the cost of labour .However, the cost of the components/spares if any shall be borne by the project authority. The period of DLP shall be 12 months from the date of successfully Commissioning of machine/ equipment. During this period any or all components of the material supplied by contractor, if found defective, shall be replaced free of cost for fulfilling the above guarantee.
