Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soils and todepth as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting, including infinal leads and lifts and re-filling the sides of foundation, with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated, including depositing surplus earth within the godown or inside compound in places shown with initial leads and lifts, clearing and levelling the site, shoring strutting baling of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation with gravel and quarry dust in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated as directed by the departmental officers etc. Complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement five sand ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials labour for mixing,l aying, compacting, curing, dewatering, side shuttering, wherever necessary including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Foundation more than 1.50m below G.L

Providing form work for centering the soffits of all reinforcement cement concrete surfaces including strutting to the required height with M.S.Sheets of 90 x 60cm x 10 gauge stiffened with welded M.S angle of size 25x25x3mm laid over silver oak joints of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying Fabricating and placing in position M.S or R.T.S Reinforcement grill for RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and G.I binding wire etc complete complying standard specification in all floors.(The contractor will have to make his own arrangements for the supply of M.S plainrods / RTS rods and gi binding wire)

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Random Rubble Masonry in Combination mortar 1:1:6 [One lime ,one cement and Six sand] using new hard granite stones including providing new bond stones wherever necessary including simultaneous flush pointing of the exposed surface above ground level with the same mortar and all incidential charges such as scaffolding, finishing and curing as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with the standard specification. complying with the standard specification.

Random Rubble Masonry in Combination mortar 1:1:6 [One lime ,one cement and Six sand] using Old available stones wherever necessary including providing New Bond Stones wherever necessary including simultaneous flush pointing of the exposed surface above ground level with the same mortar and all incidential charges such as scaffolding, finishing and curing as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with the standard specification. complying with the standard specification.

Foundation and Basement

Fixing of Old Stone & New stone in Thirumathil wall and all incidential charges such as, finishing and curing as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with the standard specification.

Supplying cut stones of various sizes 1.20 to 1.80 x 0.23 x 0.30 including loading and unloading tranportation charges etc.complete complying with standard specification.

Providing two legged scaffolding using suitable sizse of casurina posts of 1.50cm over all length of 3m height + 0.50m lap) The distance between the two rows being 2m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50m over lap on either side and braces at 2m C, including longituditional and tranware middle of 40mm thick and 1m width etc. in complete shape using coir and nails and as directed by the departmetal officers.

Brick work in Combination mortar 1:1:5 using best quality chamber bricks of size 9" x 4 3 /4"x 2 1/4" for walls incluing cost and convetance of all labour andmaterials including scaffolding curing finishingetc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of Ornamental Entrance Grill Gate , including priming coat complete complying with standard specifications
