SUPPLY OF EMERGENCY DIESEL GENERATORS

Emergency Diesel Generators (EDG) comprising of Diesel Engine (for each DG set) with air-intake system, lubrication system, governing system, fuel oil system (including 990L day tank for each DG set), cooling system, electrical starting system with battery, battery charger and DC panel, exhaust system (incl. Exhaust system piping, stack along with supporting structure, Expansion bellows and Silencers complying to CPCB norms) and control panel / controller complying the following Type - Prime Rated Voltage rating - 6.6kV Power rating - 2250 kVA output at Site conditions Rated power factor - 0.8 Engine Type - Radiator shall be Engine Mounted Installation - Outdoor EDG shall be supplied with required accessories like Battery charger, Batteries, Control / AMF panel, Synchronization panel for Load control and Synchronization, NIS panel (Neutral isolating switch panel), local isolator, Fuel tank (Day tank), stack along with supporting structure and other accessories as required. Note 1:The UNIT RATE shall be inclusive of (not limited to) all including Packing and forwarding, Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning / Start-Up spares, Special tools and Tackles, Statutory Approvals Note 2: The Scope of supply shall include all equipment and materials required for the safe and efficient operation of the complete system, but not limited to the items listed in MR ref. TP-1ZZZA-ME-RFQ-3001_D1. Any equipment / material not listed herein but is necessary for smooth, safe & trouble free continuous operation and maintenance of the Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) and other facilities; those required as part of good engineering practices shall be deemed to be included.
