Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, upto all leads & lifts. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work above plinth level upto floor level including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Applying cement slurry on R.C.C . slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kg of cement per sqm. of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surfaces complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.
