SCHEDULE "A" Part-I PROVISION OF CENTRAL AC PLANT FOR 09XESRS :
Item No1 :- M&L for design, supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Chilled water type Air Conditioning plant complete with all accessories all as specified for 3D Class room for Areas hatched in the drawing and marked as AC to meet design parameters given in Annexure ‘A’ having min capacity 2 X 65 TR (min) (both working) comprising of the following :- (a) CHILLER UNIT- Water cooled Chillers meeting ECBC norms each having a capacity of 65 TR (min) comprising of semi hermetic/hermetic scroll type compressors of OEM make only with refrigent circuit, having automatic capacity control,HP/LP and oil pressure cutouts, nacessary insulation to chiller and refrigerant pipe and Sq cage induction motor of adequate capacity for operation on 3-phase 415 +/- 10% Volts 50 Hz A.C. Supply and drive arrangement as per manufacturer's design and standard specifications with shell and tube type water cooled Condenser with MS shell and copper tubes with integral fins complete with safety valve to match the capacity of compressor and insulated shell and tube type water cooled flooded evaporator with MS shell and seamless copper tubes ,flow switches at condenser and chiller outlet , compact refrigeration system including refrigerant piping,Refrigerant and oil ready for use on connecting electric power and cooling tower. Using zero ozone depleting potential and energy efficient as refrigerant preferably such as R-410/ R-407 c with all accessories, display/guage panel of various parameters including microprocessor based control pannel for controlling various chiller operating parameters all as per manufacturer's design and specification etc complete -02 Nos (both working simultaneously).
(b) CONDENSOR WATER STORAGE AND CIRCULATATING SYSTEM : Comprising of following based on undermentioned parameters :- (a) Condensor water inlet Temp - 32.22*C (b) Condensor water outlet Temp - 36.39*C (c) Condensor water flow - 3 gpm/Ton (d) Fouling Factor - 0.0001 Dec 'F' Sq Ft Hr/BTU (e) Maximum Permissible Pressure Drop - 10 M of Water head.
(iii) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Electro static type non chemical scale preventor of suitable capacity having stainless steel shall Sl 304 as Negative elctrode & catalytic (copper) metal electrode with nylon plug as positive electrode including control panel for power supply (Single phase 220 V AC). Equipment shall be capable of removing hardness upto 1000 PPM and making all necessary arrangement all as per manufacturers recommendations. Qty 01 No.
(iv) 02 Nos. FRP Induced draft type cooling tower Cross /counter flow,twin/four cell,direct/gear driven,site erected cooling tower of 100 % capacity based on the parameters given below and complete with PVC fill/louvers,Drift eliminator,TEFC motor of suitable capacity, SPDP, 1.00 Service factor ,propeller fan,FRP sump and steel ladder FRP body to with stand sufficient wind velocity, vibrations and earth quake suitable foe Gopalpur condition. Fan and motor assembly confirming to minimum IP-55 protection for out door operation. Sprinkler head mounted on ball bearings designed to take both Radial and vertical thrust. Mechanical equipment support and all other steel components shall be HDG Steel. etc.The cooling tower shall conform to technical specification given in the tender. The max allowable sound power at a distance of one mtr from the cooling tower shall be less than 75 db. The cooling tower model shall be to suit site and design condition.-02 Nos (One working and one Stand by). Design Parameters / Guidelines : (a) Designed wet bulb temp - 26.1*C (b) Water Inlet Temp -36.39*C (c) Water Outlet Temp -32.22*C
(v) HDPE water tank of suitable capacity not less than 5000 ltr,ISI marked complete with inlet, outlet & overflow connection & float valves etc. Including pipe more than medium grade complete with fitting valves etc for connecting cooling tower sump & storage tank all as required and specified. -01 Nos. NOTE - Necessary platform for make up water tank and connected pipes and piping to be included in the rate quoted against above item.
(c) CHILLED WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM : Comprising of following based on undermentioned parameters/ Guidelines (a) Chilled water inlet Temp - 12.22*C (b) Chilled water outlet Temp - 6.67*C (c) Fouling Factor - 0.0005 BTU (d) Maximum permissible pressure drop 10 Mtrs of Water head
(i) Horizontal split casing water centrifugal pump sets with bronze impeller for chilled water recirculation complete with TEFC 3 phase sq.cage induction motor with class "F" insulation working on 415 volts AC base plate,coupling guard,vibration isolators,SS shaft,factory fitted mechanical seal, flexible pipe connector at inlet and outlet etc.conforming to technical specification and campatible with above chiller unit of suitable H.P considering suitable flow rate & min efficiency 80 %) -02 Nos. (each of 100% capacity, 01 No. working ).The Chilled water pumps shall also include the cost of thermal insulation. (ii) The pipe size of 150 mm and below should be M.S 'C' class as per IS-1239 and above 150 mm shall be ERW pipe confirming to IS-3589-2001. Rigid section of fibre glass wool uniform density (80 Kgsm Cub Mtr Minimum) and with a 'K' value of not more than 0.034 Kal/h²-m²- C/ 10 Metre at 10°C mean temparature shall be used.
(iii)- Supply installation testing and commissioning of chilled water expansion tank of suitable duly pressurised complete with piping connections, safety relif valve, drain valve, pressure gauge etc complete as per specification. Tank construction as per ASME, Shall Material - Carbon steel, Blader - Heavy duty Butyl Rubber, System Connection - Forged steel with proper insulation as per requirement with safety working pressure of 3.5 Bar minimum. (iv) Supply and install NRV of suitable size and capacity on discharge side of each chiller pump. (v) Condensate drain piping made up of minimum Grade 'B' GI pipe with suitable for the system as proper insulation as per IS and NBC staindards.
(d) HOT WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM : Comprising of following : (i) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electricalley operated Hot water generator of suitable capacity having 1 mm thick stainless steel lining with heaters arranged in banks and controlled by electronic controller and thermo stat so that required quantity of hot water at designed temparature and with nominal variations could be supplied including 75 mm thick fibre glass mineral wool insulation finished with 1.25 mm thick G.I sheet clading painted with heat resistant paint.The Hot water generator cylindrical in shape fabricated and of minimum 10 mm thickness in robus welded construction. It shall be completing with necessary supports for free standing floor, such that the bottom of the shell is 300 mm above the floor level. (ii) Supply ,installation,testing and commissioning of Monoblock hot water centrifugal pump sets with bronze impeller for hot water recirculation complete with TEFC Sq .Cage induction motor with class "F" insulation,base plate,vibration isolators etc. conforming to standard techanical specification . The Hot water pumps shall include thermal insulation.The Capacity of motor shall be decided as per design conditions - 02 Nos of 100 % capacity(both working).
(iii) Supply,Installation testing and commissioning hot water piping the pipe size of 150 mm and below shall be M.S 'C' class as per IS 1239 and above 150 mm shall be ERW pipes confirming to IS- 3589 - 2001. Rigid section of fibre glass wool uniform density (of 80 Kg per Cub Mtr Minimum) and with a 'K' Value of not more than 0.034 K Cal/Hr- Sq Mtr- Dec 'C' / 10 Meter at 10 Dec 'C' meen temparature shall be used, complete with fitting like elbows, tees, reducers, bents, MS flanges, Supports, welding, painting etc including insulation with Rigid performed sections of expended polysterene of uniform density of 24 Kg/m³, 50 mm thick finished with chiken wire mess and 10 mm thick cement sand plaster for interconnection and recirculating water in Hot water circuit - One lot of different sizes and lenghts all required at site. (iv) Supply installation testing and commissioning of expansion tank for hot water circuit of size mimimum 1.0 m x 1.0 m x1.0 m made out of 5 mm M S Sheet duly epoxy coated and insulated with EPS/Fibre glass wool 50 mm thick (min) covered with chiken wire mess and 10 mm cement sand plaster complete with suitable inlet,outlet fitting,over flow connection and control valve etc -01 No.
Note : (i) All above AHUs shall be provided with proportional cooling digital display type thermostate and snub acting digital display type humidistate and pan type humidifier. (ii) The AHU room are at different levels. The sizes of AHU rooms are clearly marked on drg. Vendors may use all the rooms or less but catering to full dehumidified air qty. In case AHU rooms are not sufficient, ceiling suspended/outdoor type AHUs may be considered to meet the desired condition. (iii) Only pan humidifier are acceptable. Hmidity pump and spray nozzeles not acceptable. (iv) Heating and dehumidification to be carried out with Hot water only. No strip heaters are acceptable. (v) The air flow and coil capacity shall be based air conditioned space load.
(vi) Chilled / Hot water coil shall have 12.5 mm to 15 mm dia copper tube minimum 24 gauge thick with aluminium fins firmly. (vii) Each unit shall be provided with factory assembled filter section containing washable synthetic air filters having anodised frame of suitable capacity. (viii) Maximum pressure drop for clean filter shall be 4 mm WG and 12 mm WG when dirty. (ix) The gauge shall be made from 11 gauge Aluminium. (x) The entire fan with casing will be certified by reputed party acclaimed certifying body like EUROVENT or AHRI and AMCA
(f) AIR CIRCULATING SYSTEM : Entire work for air circulation from AHUs to entire space to be air conditioned shall be done as under : (i) GI DUCTING WORK ( FACTORY MADE/SITE FABRICATED) : Designing supplying,fabrication installation and testing of GSS with zinc coating (Minimum 275 gm/Sq Mtr total on both sides) sheet metal ducting complete with spliter damper,duct damper,vanes etc fabricated out of galvanised sheet class VIII conforming to IS 277- 2003 all as required and as per IS specification and as per approved drawings for supply and return air based on following parameters : (a) Max flow velocity (SA duct) - 400 m/min (Main Duct & 250 m/min Branch Duct) (b) Max flow velocity (RA duct) - 243 m/min (c) Max Friction drop - 1 cm wg/100 m run
The duct fabrication and installation shall confirm to IS 655-1963 (Revised)all dampers,splitters shall be fabricated out of GS sheet of two gauges higher than the duct piece having these fittings - 01 lot as required at site.
(ii) Supplying and fixing of external thermal insulation on ducts with Nitrile Foam insulation in metalized finish,tape and adhesive (pidilite SR-998) of suitable thickness min 25 mm thick with class O fire rating when tested under BS 476 Part 6 & BS 476 Part 7 all as required at site for supply air duct passing through conditioned/ unconditioned space and for return air duct passing through unconditioned space all as per standard practice -01 lot as required at site. Note : The thickness of insulation shall be sufficient to prevent condensation under specified condition. The material shall be CFC & HCFC free. The material shall incorporate microban anti microbial protection to actively inbuilt the growth or mould. The exposed ducts shall be insulated with elastomeric nitrile rubber with an aluminium tail facing.
(iii) Supply installation and testing of powder coated aluminium extruded grills/diffusers ceilling/wall mounting type of size as required at site as per standard norms. The supply air grills/diffusers shall be provided with screw operated opposed blade volume control device made of extruded aluminium in black anodized finish, all grills/diffusers shall have soft continious rubber/foam gasket between the periphery of the grills/diffusers and surface on which it has to be mounted. The return air grills shall have fixed horizontal bars. The thickness of the fixed hole louvers shall be 5 mm in front and the flange shall be 20 mm wide with round edges .The register shall be suitable for concealed fixing and horizontal bars of the grills shall be mechanically crimb from the back to hold them .The square/rectangular cealling diffusers shall be flush fixed pattern for air flow direction - 01 lot as required at site. (a) Maximum velocity at supply air grill / diffuse - 150 M/Min
(iv) Supply and fix fresh/exhaust air louvers min 50 mm deep made of powder coated extruded aluminium construction with bird/insect screen having blades inclined at 45* (degree) on a 40 mm blade pitch - 01 lot as required at site. (v) Supplying and fixing of acoustic lining of duct with 50 mm thick resin bounded fiber glass having a density of 33 kg/m³ or 12 mm thick fibre glass rigid board of density 48 kg/m³ and covered with 0.5 mm thick perforted aluminium sheet all as specified and directed upto five meters of duct from the canvas connection of AHU -01 lot as required at site. Note ; Air handling units shall be connected to duct work by inserting at air inlet and air outlet a double canvas sleeve.Each sleeve shall be minimum 4" long securely bounded and bolted to duct and units. Each sleeve shall be made smooth and the connecting duct work rigidly held in line with unit inlet or outlet. (vi) Supplying and fixing of necessary motorised type fire damper with spring return type actuator for supply air duct and fusible link type fire damper as per UL 555 for return air path for fire protection including maping necessary electrical interlocking arrangement with fire damper and evaporation fan motor to shut down the AC fan on detection of fire.
(g) Instrument and various controls for refrigeration system and water line like comprising of water pressure gauge industrial stem type thermometer, dry and wet bulb thermometer humidistate,thermostate,Y stainer, non return valve, butterfly valve, ball valve, 3 way valve, balancing valve, air bent etc. as required including fixing complete.
(h) Complete oil and refrigerant required up to successful completion of pH-II test
(j) Microcomputer based Controller Controls at Plant Room as per manufacturer design consisting of following :- (i) Adoptive control Micro Processor with unit control panels to ensure and implement compressor protective system based on temperature and pressure criteria and to perform unit control functions, limit functions, sequence of operation, compressor motor control, compressor motor protection, and the starter functions. The system will have adequate pre-programmed reports for compressor, refrigerant ,chillers and should be able to accept external inputs from sensors etc. with display facility in both English and Hindi(this will be composite unit of chiller unit). (ii) Unit control module capable of sensing and controlling variables that govern the operation of chillers , motor current, evaporator temperature etc with tracer system for identification of locations all from the control having Intelligent add-ons to monitor and diagnose failures based on various parameters including its corrections and display.
(K) ELECTRIC WORKS COMPRISING OF :- (i) - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of free floor mounted factory made and tested (including proto type bearing CPRI test certified) Indoor type confirming to IS-8623 Part-I 1993 factory fabricated cubical panel board made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized to accommodate incomer MCCB and TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on EPPOXY insulators of size not less than 50x50 mm conical type at a maximum interval of 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar . The cubical incomer MCCB as well as outgoing MCCB/MCB shall have copper TPN extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall not be less than 300mm long supported on DMC/EPPOXY insulators having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders. All bus bar should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. All control wires shall be with 4 sqmm multi stranded copper conductors FRLS cables IS 694 marked and shall be properly bunched,tied,ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs.
The cubical panel shall have a bottem channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness not less than 100 microns . A detachable pre-drilled gland plate of thickness not less than 3mm zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The panel should be front and back open able /lockable and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air ,3mm XLPE adhesive gasket shall be used to make panel board completely vermin proof. The opening between the busbar chamber and the feeder section shall be shrouded with Baklite / Hylam sheet with minimum 3 mm thickness. The panel should be powder coated complete and consisting of the following items mounted in seperate compartment shelves .
Note : Wherever required lader type 16 G, GI perforated U shaped channel 40 mm x 20 mm cable tray of required size shall be provided without any extra cost.
2- The main electric supply will be provided in A/C Plant room by the department through cable which shall be connected to the incommer MCCB of the main panel by the contractor.
(m) CIVIL WORKS COMPRISING OF:- (i) Foundation to equipment such as package chillers AHUS,HWG LT Panel board, Pump sets, cooling tower, pipeline, common headers etc.including any other masonery work connected with the installation of equipments. (ii) Excavation and earth work for pipe work, cable work, foundation support etc. (iii) Opening in walls for duct work, grills/diffusers/ blanking plates etc, finishing of openings including painting/whitewash work to match the interior decoration existing work all as specified.
(iv) Modification / refixing of false ceiling for fixing ducts/grills/diffusers and ensure no leakage of conditioned air etc as required. (v) Beadings of standard make and quality as directed by GE on all doors and windows to avoid air losses if required. (vi) Making good any surface modified or disturbed on account of laying pipe lines of all kind, cables or ducts all to the full satisfaction of GE.
Note :- (1)- Any work like boxing/false ceilling/partition required for air return air passage or supply air duct through corridor/lobby/room shall be provided by the contractor. Any kind of false ceilling wood panelling ,boxing and frame work for fixing of grills ,diffuser will be part of scope of work to be executed by firm and cost of same are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (2)- contractor shall submit design of plant and working drawing for equipment layout, schematic condenser water piping,chilled water piping,AHU layout and ducting within 02 weeks after acceptance of offer and shall got it approved from accepting officer by detailing his rep who is well conversent with all details of drawing and layout so that all doubts about the details submitted by the firm can be clarified on spot.
(3)- All the materials and equipment shall be provided as per make specified in the contract documents after getting it approved from the GE .In case for any materials/equipments ,if make are not specified in CA the same shall be provided all as per direction and written approval of GE.
(4)- Guarantee for the equipments provided by the firm shall be valid for any manufacturing defects and workmanship till completion of defects liability period i.e for a period of 12 months after satisfactory completion of PH-II test. Consumable item like gas,oil,filter and electrical hardware will also be provided by firm till defect liability period. The rate quoted by firm shall be deemed to inclussive of this.
(5)- Routine and preventive maintenance shall be covered under defect liability period also i.e for a period of 12 Months from the satisfactory completion of PH-II test.The cost of the same are deemed to be inclusive in the rates quoted by firm. (6)- Any work required for making the conditioned space air tight so that undue infilteration of unconditioned air into the conditioned space can be avoided, shall be carried out by the firm to achieve the desired condition and the cost of same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the firm .
(7)- Any other works/ equipment which are not specified in this Sch but the same are required to be executed /provided for achiving the desired room condition and for complying the standard practice including for micro computer control system the same shall be provided/executed by firm without any extra cost and the cost of the same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the firm. (8)- The codes regulation to be followed for executing the work are attached as Annexure -II. (9)- The schedule of makes for various equipments and materials to be incorporated in the work are attached as Annexure -III (10)- Acoustic insulation of AHU room shall be carried out by firm as per standard norms. (11) - Following work will be executed by department:- (i) Provision of water supply to the inlet of make of water tank. (ii) Construction of plant room and AHU room. (iii) Provision of Electric cable connection up to Electric Panel board.
Item No 02 : Design, Supply, install, commissioning and testing of inverter ductable air conditioners with micro processors comprising of 02 Nos equal capacity of hermitically sealed scrool compressors with microprocessors based control, including copper refrigerant piping, electrical interconnection between indoor and out door units, suitable for operation on R 410 A/407 C as a refrigerants indoor type, capacity not less than 2 X 11 TR (02 Working) as per air conditioning data sheet enclosed as Appx 'A' with all equipment and accessories complete and comprising the following:-
(a) 02 Nos inverter Ductable type air conditioning unit fulley microprocessor controlled each of minimum 11.0 TR capacity complete and comprising of the following:- (i) Hermetically sealed scrool type compressor with motor of matching capaciyy, electrically operated on three phase 415 V 50 Hz AC supply complete with suction and discharge shut off valves, automatic capacity control with thernostart and solenoid valves, built in suction strainer, oil pump, hot gas mufler, oil pressure safety switch etc all as specified. (ii) 02 Nos air cooled type copper tube condeser assembly suitable for the above AC Plants. (iii) Cooling Coils made up of inner grooved coper tube with aluminium slit fins. The Aluminium fins on evaporative coil have a hydrophilic or equivalent coating. (iv) Filter made up of non-woven polyster media enclosed by HDPE mesh, filter plenum and by pass dampers (03 Nos lots) with 90 % efficiency to 20 microns. (v) In built blower for weather makers complete. (vi) The plant having the provision of under/over voltage protection, phase imbalance voltage, phase loss protection. (vii) Expansion valves and pilot solenoid valves .
(viii) Three sets of spring anti-vibration serrated pads and suitable foundation as per manufacturer's instructions for installation of the above package units. (ix) Necessary copper piping for liquid line complete with fittings, valves, etc. (x) First charge of Non- CFC refrigerant gas and coil for the complete plant. Intelligant Microprocessor control with following features:- (a) Seven signal LCD display. (b) Auto Re-Start after power failure (c) Fault Display (d) Run timr equalization. (e) Non-Voltaile memory (f) Touch Key On / Off Switch (g) Single Phase and Phase reversal protection (h) Time delay for compressor operation. (j) Accurate Temparature control
(b) The package type unit shall be self contained units generally comprising to IS- 8148- 1976. The plant may have single or Multi refrigeration circuit as per designed respective manufacturer. Each compressor shall have a independent condensor evaparator and Refrigerant. (c) One lot of air distribution system from package units to where necessary insulation for complete supply air duct (including existing supply air duct) by providing 19 mm thick Nitrile foam and side laminated including suitable supportings as per IS- 65 comprising of class VIII galvanised sheet with suitable supporting arrangements and bracing, supply/return / fresh air grills on aluminium frame work duly painted/finished to match with the existing ceiling, fire damper fusible link operated. (d) Supply and install of hollow GI ducting suitably insulated and weather protected from out side plant room /package unit to where existing GI duct provided in the entrance of ALD bldg of suitable size and thickness duly supported on steel structure as per standard specifications complete along with provision of aluminium clading for exposed surface of GI ducts and Canvas cloth.
(b) Provision of necessary PCC foundation/ civil work for installation of above AC plants and make up water tank as per site requirement including wall opening. (c) Provision of GI duct suitably insulated and weather protected from outside plant room/package unit to where existing GI duct provided in the entrance of ALD hanger bldg of suitable size and thickness duly supported on steel structure as per standard specifications complete along with canvas cloth. (d) Provision of necessary cable tray made up of perforated GI sheet of 16 gauge of suitable size for cable laying. (e) Taking down of existing armstrong type false ceiling carefully, and re-fixing the same after installation of new ducts including replacement of defective portion. (f) Other associated works which is required to be installation, commissioning and testing including all making good the disturbed surfaces including all civil works complete for the above AC plants.
SCHEDULE 'A' 'A' Part-II (DUCTABLE TYPE SPLIT AC AT 02XESR ROOM)
Item No 01 : Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with C& SS rectangular/ square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factor boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 24 Guage including support of MS work.
Item No 02 : M&L for duct insulation with resin nitirated rubber 13mm thick of insulation as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Aircooled inverter Ductable Celling suspended units of the following actual capacities at the operating conditions, Unit should be fully factory built complete with hermetic scroll compressor, integral refrigerant piping and wiring, liquid dryer, HP/ LP switch & accessories as required and called for, automatic safety controls. Motor shall be suitable for 415+_ 10 % volts, 50 cycles/ second, 3 Phase AC supply. Outdoor Units sholud be suitable for outdoor installation backside of the building. The units should be inline with the specification details. Price should also includes necessary MS support & associated arrangement for the installation of the units. should also include Nitrogen testing, Gas Charging with R-407C/ R-410 A and commissioning of 8 TR Ductable ceiling suspended units. Make : Daikin Model or equivalent of Bluestar / Voltas.
Item No 05 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 5/8 " Suction, Hot Gas & Liquid line refrigerant piping of Hard drawn copper with closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thickness as per standards and specifications to the following units. The unit rate shall be applicable only for the actual run of piping between Indoor & Outdoor.
Item No 06 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3/8 " Suction, Hot Gas & Liquid line refrigerant piping of Hard drawn copper with closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thickness as per standards and specifications to the following units. The unit rate shall be applicable only for the actual run of piping between Indoor & Outdoor.
Item No 07 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40mm dia rigid UPVC condensate drain piping and insulated with 9mm thick insulation of closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber insulation with density not less than 50 Kg/m3 from the unit to the nearest drain point/ traps.
Item No 08 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of control cables 4 core x 6 Sqmm interconnecting between Indoors and Outdoor units etc as required.
Item No 09 : Supplying and fixingof MS indoor stand Units as required/ Either Table top type or Wall/ Ceiling Mounted as required.
Item No 10 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fire damper with as per specification
Item No 11 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Back Draft Damper with necessary accessories as per specification.
Item No 12 : Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded alumimnium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core
Item No 13 :Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded alumimnium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 Core
Item No 14 : S&F Fix sheet metal enclosure vertical TPN DBs with provision of FP MCCB, frame upto 100 Amp in 25 KA breaking capacity, as incomer 4 way double door & MCBs TPN 63 Amp 02 Nos as outgoing made all as specified and directed.
Item No 14 : M&L for wiring for circuits/ submain wiring in steel conduit with the 4x10.0 Sqmm + 2x6.0 earth wire of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed
Item No 16 : S&F MCCB 4 Pole 415V 50Z, 100A with enclosure with fixed thermal magnetic release breaking capacity 25 KA complete all as specified and directed.
Item No 17 : Supply and Fix alumimnium powder coated double deflection type Grills/ diffuser complete MS powder coated voloume control Damper as in grill/ difusser, complete all as specified and directed.
Item No 18 : Earthing with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 mm & 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) with top of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below GL connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm connected to earth plate electrod by means of GI nuts, bolts & washers, earth strip protected with and including 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe not less than 7.5 m long all as shown in electrial plate No 3 MES Schedule Part I, with & including; PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pit with cover of RCC 1:2:4 B1 20 mm thick reinforced with welded wire nesh fabric not less than 4 kg / Sqm, watering arangements with 20 mm GI medium grade pipe ISI marked , GI funnel with GI mesh, filling with common salt & charcoal in alternate layers, necesary excavation and earth works in any type of soil, including test point, testing & commissioning, complete.(Note;-GI earth strip & protection pipe beyond 7.5 m shall be measured & paid seperately).
Item No 19 : Boring across the road/ hard surface horizantally with machanical boring equipments not less than 50 mm bore dia all as specified and directed.
Item No 20 : S&F Galvanised steel tubing light grade including all fittings, laid in trenches, fixed to walls or on poles etc after taking out the rusted out/wornout pipes complete all as specified and as directed of the following size 100mm bore complete
Item No 21 : S&F digital temperature thermometer all as specified and directed.
