SCHEDULE `A' PART-I (Maintenance and operation)

Maintenance and Operation of 01 No of 100 Kwp & 02 Nos of 50 Kwp Solar Power Plants alongwith its connected equipments i.e, control panels, battery banks and PV modules etc in shifts of 08 hours per day by employing qualified or experienced technician including comprehensive maintenance of all above equipment installed at solar distribution network in Keithelmanbi Grn area by maintaining attendance register of staff employed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Contractor shall quote his rates for maint and operation of 03 Nos Solar plants and all other eqpts including cleaning of plant areas, monitoring/ recording of plants energy production/ distribution details with following terms and conditions :- (a) Contractor will produce character certificate issued by Police Station, Education/qualification certificate and experience certificate belonging minimum 02 years of the staff employed and contractor shall be responsible for any disciplinary case of staff employed. (b) Necessary life insurance will be done by contractor as per prevailing rules for tradesman employed for this job and original policy documents will be produced for verification and record. (b) Necessary life insurance will be done as per prevailing rules for tradesman emplyed through this job and original policy documents will be produced for verification and record of the accepting officer immediately on after approval of technician (d) All payments of labours will be done through Nationalized banks and produced the bank statement to department before claiming bills (e) PENAL CHARGES :- If any of the activity mentioned above is not performed by the contractor than recovery as under will be affected :- (i) Absent on duty of Technician - Rs. 1000 per shift (ii) Not cleaning of PV Modules and Plant Areas - Rs.2500 per plant/month Note : The spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured and paid seperately. Locations of the solar plants are as under :- Adjacent to Genr Room, HQ 9 Sect AR - 03 Nos.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Array Junction Box (AJB) as per existing size/capacity complete all as directed and specified

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Field Junction Box (FJB) as per existing size/capacity complete all as directed and specified

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Main Junction Box (MJB) as per existing size/capacity complete all as directed and specified

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of PV Module (Photo-Voltaic Cell) as per existing size/capacity complete all as directed and specified

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of PV circuit breaker PC Box of 250 Amps capacity complete all as directed and specified

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of DC/AC Voltage meter as per existing size/capacity complete all as directed and specified

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of DC/AC Ampere meter as per existing size/capacity complete all as directed and specified

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Solar E/fax as per existing size/capacity complete all as directed and specified

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Solar DC cable of 6.0 Sqmm complete all as directed and specified

Repair & Maint of old existing Inverter of system voltage 240/360/480 Volts by inspecting, repair of replacement of internal part complete alongwith DC wiring connections, PCBs, Indicators, Volt & Amp Meters (Digital/Analogue type) and make the inverter functional by connecting to existing battery bank all as specified and directed. Note :- If the inverter is non-repairable then the same shall be replaced with Hybrid type Inverter of suitable capacity wrt existing system voltage @ Rs.14,50,000/-

Fixing only battery bank of suitable capacity (500/ 800/1000AH) from store room to solar plant site and connecting in existing system by taking down old unserviceable battery bank from system complete & make the plant functional in all respects including connection upto inverter complete all as specified & directed. Note :- (a) The new battery bank (500/600/1000 AH) will be supplied as schedule 'B' stores free for fixing only. (b) The old battery bank is issued as schedule of credit to the contractor. (c) The battery bank qty is 180 or 240 Nos.

Schedule of Credit :- 1. Old unserviceable battery bank (240 from 01x 100 kwp + 360 from 02 x 50 kwp retreived during AMC 2020-21)

2. Old unserviceable PV Module (02 x 50 Kwp)
