Outsourcing of services for Manning and operation including rectification of minor defect in Sewage treatment plant (600KLD capacity),Chlorination/water treatment dozing plant, liquid chlorine gas/Chemical suitable for water treatment including operation of chlorination plant & various capacity pump sets in the installation STP under AGE E/M Niwaru jaipur with Appropriate category of industrial personnel (pump attendant/FGM). Operation consists of three shift in a day as detailed below (each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Sundays and holidays. S.no. Note - For Item No. 1 (a) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost of consumables materials, stationary (for log sheets, complaint attendance register, records etc.), first aid box, cost of lubricant etc. (b) Log sheet for pumping sets, for daily running records in booklet for a calender month arranged by the contractor complet all as directed by Engr in charge. (c) Following safety equipment and tools in addition to that prescribed by the manufacturer of the plant shall be provided at each installation-First Aid Box-01 No,Safety Helmets- 2 Nos, Hand gloves- 2 pairs, Gumboots- 2 pairs, Gas masks suitable for working with sewage plant in addition to suitability for chlorine and other foul gases- 02 Nos, Set of spanners- 01 No. also provides T&P to carry out the maintenance work in machinary / equipment. First aid box consisting of all reqd medicine as per norms to be provided by the contractor within the overall cost quoted against the item. A penalty of Rs.300/- per day will be deducted per installations if the requirement is not adhered to. (d) Replacement of all lubricants required for pump & blowers etc shall be provided by contractor (e) In case the defects are not rectified with in time decided by the Engr-in-charge and plant remained inoperative for more than 02 days during the contract period financial panelties shall be recovered at Rs 5000 per day.

(f) Installation will be handed over in operation state at the time of commencement of the contract with an inventory of various items equipments and electrcal fittings will be handed over for proper accounting and up keep. The taking over on expiry of contract shall be all as per inventory and any damage loss shall be made good by contractor before payment of final bill. GE decision will be final and binding. (g) The work shall be carried out in three shifts of 08 hours as per description of Sch.A.Contractor shall employ the man power in such a way that each worker shall get weekly off as per prevailing Labour Act / Law. The cost of additional worker (Reliever) required to adhere above said provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (h) Qualification of operator shall be minimum 02 years experience in operation and maintenance of STP including criteria as given in specifications. (j) The entire installation including sewage treatment plant, machinery along with building & surrounding premises shall be kept neat & clean with grass cutting in the premises area, quoted rate shall be deemed to include the same. (k) Operator shall always be present in proper uniform of approved colour. If operator found without uniform the panelty @ 100/- per shift shall be impossed on the contrator. (l) Normally maintenance will be carried out in day time but in case of emergency/ breakdown it must be attended at odd hours/night hours without any extra cost and the rate quoted above shall be deemed to be included.

(m) A penalty of Rs. 800/- per shift will be deducted in the case of absence by any operator (FGM) in any shift fromany of the installation. (n) The minimum wages as published by Govt of India and State authorities shall be applicable for payment to the operators. The higest rate shall be paid to the operators from the Minimum Fair Wages Order as circulated by Central and State Govt. in the respective category of labour and revised rates shall be paid to the operator as and when the rates are revised by the concerned authorities. Necessay proof of payment shall be made available to the Engr-in-Charge as and when demanded. In case any complaint is received from the operator regarding delay or non-payment of minimum wages by the contractor, the GE being principal emploer shall directly pay to the operator for the work done by him in the given month on account of contractors default and the same shall be deducted from contractors payment.
