Demolition of Brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in Cement mortar complete all as specified & directed

M & L for brick work with sub class `B' brick (Old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintel beams, cantilever, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m clear span etc complete all as specified & directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc. also splayes between floors and beams in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid),ISI marked complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L 15mm thick Rendring in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed

M&L for prepartion new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick as in skirting, over cement mortar laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic colour tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and rises to steps etc. over and incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished ) in steps, floors, jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platforms and laid on 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite etc.complete all as specified and directed .(Note: Edges of slab shall be rounded off and a hole for gas pipe shall be made on cooking platform etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed
