Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening n'exc 1.5 Sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item hereunder.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam colour PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. Square tube including painting edges to match with prelam sheet, fixed in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made 30mm thick (stiles), Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with wood free EPS, with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, fixed in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm size stainless steel handle, 304 grade, heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant (rust preventive), polished / Bright (e.g., #8 Mirror Finish), fixed with stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm long stainless steel barrel tower bolt, 304 grade, heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant (rust preventive), polished / Bright (e.g., #8 Mirror Finish), fixed with stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F100mm long stainless steel butt hinges, 304 grade, heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant (rust preventive), polished / Bright (e.g., #8 Mirror Finish), fixed with stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F uPVC ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm, having provision for 250mm size exhaust fan with louvers in upper portion of ventilator and balance fixed with 5mm thick frosted glass, fixing frame to finished wall with G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size, including required rubber gasket, pins etc, filled gap between frame and adjacent finished wall with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made uPVG white colour Sliding window (area not exceeding 2.00 sqm each), Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass, Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor includes cost of glass, wire cloth and all other connected/ required accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.
