Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method)

Providing and laying Water Bound Macadam Grading - II ( 75mm to 22.40mm)IRC HBGmetal consisting of clean, crushed aggregates mechanincally interlocked by rolling and bonding together with screening binding material of 0.24 cum for 10 sqm (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 20 & 6% repectively)and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method)

Providing & laying WBM Grade III to a compacted thickness of 75 mm thick using 1 cum of 63 mm - 11.2 mm IRC size HBG metal with 0.24 cum of US Gravel of blindage per 10 sqm including cost, conveyance charges for all materials , labour charges, stacking charges, spreading charges, hand packing to proper camber, watering with all leads, compacting with 80 to 100 kN power roller including hire & feul charges for power roller and all other tools and plants employed etc complete

Providing Tack Coat over WBM surface using 4 kg of Bituminious Emulsion including cost of emulsion, labour charges for applyins tack coat etc complete

(PREMIX CARPET WITH SEAL COAT TYPE ' A ' Plastic road 8% in OGPC only& not in Sealcoat.) Providing and layiing pre-mix carpet 20mm thickness using 0.18cum of 13.2 IRC machine crushed metal 0.09cum of 11.2mm IRC machine crushed metal with 13.432Kg of Bitumen with 1.168 Kg of Plastic waste for pre-mixing 10 sqm of pre-mix carpet and laying Seal coat type "A" using .09 cum of 6.70mm IRC HBG chips with 9.80 Kg of Bitumen for 10sqm including cost and conveyance of materials to the departmental metric gauge for pre-measurement heating the bitumen boiler heating the aggregate and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for pre-mix carpet and rolling by 80-100 KN power roller including labour charges for spreading hire and fuel charges for Mini Hot Mix Plant, bitumen boiler, all other tools and plants employed etc., complete
