i) Station Transformer-II and its 6.6KV bus duct Annual maintenance: Charges for dismantling and assembling of HT / LT terminal links of 31.5 MVA Station Transformer-II.

Charges for general cleaning, water washing, cleaning of bushings, attending oil leaks and tightness checking of all bolts nuts, replacement of silica gel, changing oil in the thermo pockets conducting annual testing and annual maintenance work in ST-II and its NGT & NGR.

Charges for releasing and Re-fixing all inspection covers (31 Nos) of Bus-ducts, checking of Initial IR value, thorough cleaning by applying Acetone/ IPA and checking healthiness of supporting insulators &tightness checking of bus bar joints and checking of Healthiness of Rubber bellows for the In-comer Bus Ducts of C2 Bus. (Total 65 Nos.)

ii)6.6KV HT bus C2 Annual maintenance: Charges for releasing the back doors (top and bottom), Bus separator, racking out of HT Breakers/Bus VT and cleaning of all the released doors and checking of IR value of Bus for 1 No. panel.

Charges for complete cleaning of Horizontal, vertical Bus bars Panels and supporting insulators with the help of air blower and Acetone, tightness checking of Horizontal, vertical bus-bars and outgoing power cable terminals for 1 No. panel.

Charges for cleaning and lubricating of all moving parts of HT Breaker upper and lower pole arms, vacuum bottles with Acetone/IPA. All bolts and nuts tightness checking, checking healthiness of Interrupters closing/Tripping operations mechanically and checking of IR value for 1 No.breaker.

Charges for re-fixing of back doors(top and bottom) by providing all bolts and nuts racking in the HT breaker and checking of IR value and satisfactory commissioning for 1 No. panel.

Charges for disconnecting the NGR Resistor link plate to carry out MRT testing, thorough cleaning, releasing the individual resistor (if necessary) and refixing the resistor (if necessary), reconnecting the link plate and normalizing the same.

Charges for painting with 2 coats of 6.6 KV HT bus C2 panels, HT duct (C2 to ST-II), support channels, earth bar and ST-II.

Charges for writing the panel service name of size 2” each letter (in front panel - bottom door only & in Rear panel - top and bottom door), CT details, cable of size 1 ¼” each letter (in Rear side – bottom door only) and panel number of size 2” letter by painting the background with 2 coats of yellow colour of size to cover the above details and letters in black colour in front and rear side of the HT Panel for 1 No. panel of HT bus.

Charges for writing the Station Transformer service name of size 1 feet and service name of NGT, NGR, OLTC tank with details such as oil temperature alarm and trip and winding temperature alarm and trip, etc., of size 1 ¼” each letter by painting the background with 2 coats of yellow colour of size to cover the above details and letters in black colour in Station Transformer.

Charges for writing the Bus Duct service name of size 3” each letter by painting the background with 2 coats of yellow colour of size to cover the above details and letters in black colour with necessary scaffolding arrangement for 1 location in the Bus Duct.

Foam gasket of 25x3 mm size for panel top cover and side cover (single side adhesive tape) (each 10 meter length).
