Pre construction anti - termite treatment by applying in the entire levelled area after plinth filling and before laying floor by applying the emulsion @ 5 (five) litres per square meter of the surface to be spread with light rodding so as to ensure proper absorption by the filled up earth (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete.

Supplying, fitting, fixing and painting where necessary (one coat primer and two coats of paint) suspended ceiling which includes G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm c/c. Then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two equal flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I.cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Providing VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved quality of specified size, shape and thickness not less than 18mm on floors, skirtings, risers and treads of steps over 15 mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf) / white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles, mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed. Providing drain with brick work in cement mortar in proportion 1:5 with half brick thick side walls and 100mm thick C.C (1:3:6) base over one brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. i). 300mm wide and average 150mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm) (ii)Thickness = 1.0mm thick

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Finishing old/ new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of Nerolac Paints Limited of required shade on old/ new wall surface to give an even shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J&N/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. Providing and fixing rolling shutters (Meachanized) of approved make made of 80mm wide M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire lenth and jointed together at the ends by end-locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with bracket plates, guide channels and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push-pull operation complete including cost of wire, spring and hood cover for the shutters.

Supply and installation of Structure Glazing glass(6mm Royale Blue ST-750 Emarald glaze Reflective toughened glass) with the support of 4"x2" (1.5 mm thick) colour anodised Ac-2 alluminium (Jindal make) section and the glass will be fitted in a subframe of 19mmx 19mm and the area will be packed by silicon sealeant etc complete as per drawing,design and direction of In- Engineer Incharge .

Providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) railing system(Ht- 900 mm) and post at a spacing of 900 mm made of hollow tubes 40 mm top (1.5 mm thick) and 12 mm middle(2 nos-1.5 mm thick) and 12 mm bottom (1.5 mm thick) etc including welding, grinding buffing, polishing and making curvatures (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete i.e. fixing the railing with necessary assessories and stainless steel dash fashtenners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size on the top of the floor for the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer In-Charge. no extra payment for fixing assessories i.e. nuts, bolts, fastenners etc. will be considered.
