Supply and fixing of solid block walling with cement mortar 1:5 mix including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete using solid blocks.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:4 (one part of cement four part of sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification. TNDSS No:61

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of MS Grill of approved design for open grill work on openings using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of steel gate with suitable design including cost of materials, welding and conveyance of all materials to site locking arrangements and painting one coat of primer etc. complete as per standard specifications including fixing charges etc. complete for the work.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one part of cement four part of sand and eight part of aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification. TNDSS No:28

Cement concrete of mix 1:1½:3 (one part of cement one and a half part of sand and three part of aggregates) using 20 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall, covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point for electronic regulator. (Assume 4 points per coil) (SD-21)

Wiring with 2 x 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet for 15A 3pin non interlocking flush type FT wall socket and 15A FT switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open conduit power plug point.
