Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. a) All kinds of soil :

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables, etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed lead upto 1mtr. from cutting edge. a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying damp proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 30% boulders.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing 60mm thick interlock precast cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibrator compaction and of approved size and design / shape lain in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick comacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centring ,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level with: a)1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level: a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Disposal of earth / demolished material for an average lead of 2.00 km. by M.T. & 150 mtr. by H.L.

Supplying, sorting and spreading of (River Bed Material) R.B.M. as per instructions of the Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts carriage of material by M.T. (complete job). (LMR)

Providing and laying PVC pipe / GI pipes of suitable dia as per requirement (LMR)

Engaging plumber for maintenance, repair of water connection of existing PHE lines.

Providing and fixing informatory sign board including writing painting etc. complete job as per direction of Engineer-n-charge. (LMR)

Sand from Billawar for an average lead of 55.00 Km. by M.T. & 150 mtr. by H.L.

Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 40mm nominal size from Billawar for an average lead of 55.00 Km. by M.T. & 100 mtr. by H.L.

Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above from Billawar for an average lead of 55.00 Km. by M.T. & 150 mtr. by H.L.

Stones / boulders from Lohai nallah for an average lead of 15.00 km. by M.T. & 150 mtr. by H.L.
