Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherewise specifically provided including removal of old treatment of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing.

M&L for PCC 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete (level course) on roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions as in roof and chajjas, finished the surface fair and even with out using extra cement.(Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of water tank on roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 4mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm APP modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished over compatible primer at 0.3 kg/Sqm or cold sticker and torch application of membrane with 10 cm overlap after necessary preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 using B0 (12.50 graded stone aggregate) for coping, corner of roof and similar work complete all as sepcified and as directed.

M&L for making good of the fallen/broken portion of the RCC roof/ceiling with proper reinforcement binding & application of anti corrosive paint for avoiding rusting of old steel reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster and raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar any description all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling,chajja,roof projection etc finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepartaion of new plastered surfaces of wall, and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un- plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of exc 250 but n exc 500 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position with cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of exc 500 but n exc 1000 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position with cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltrs(cylindlerical verrtical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 ltrs(cylindlerical verrtical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PTMT ball valves 20 mm dia high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipes and fixed to iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valves 20 mm dia high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for unions and complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel tubing galvanized, medium grade with all fittings, laid in floors or fixed to walls,15mm bore.including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel tubing galvanized, medium grade with all fittings, laid in floors or fixed to walls, 20mm bore.including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and beaking up drain AC pipes/PVC pipe set in cement mortar 100 mm and below complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Disma­ntling timber scantlings in unframed work of area 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled sections of grade Fe 290 (dge E-165)as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling AC corrugated or semi corrugated etc sheets in roof coverings

S & F 6mm thick AC corrugated sheets in roofs walls etc fixed with J- type hooks & bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 29 above but Except AC Sheet

S & F 6mm thick Ac two piece serrated Ridge for corrugated sheets fixed with J-type hooks and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strengh of 550 mpa as on roof covering/ridges fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
