(i) Firm should quote as per Technical Specification conforming to the offered Make/Brand only. (ii) Technical specification of Make/Brand to be uploaded along with offer. (iii) Firm must upload successful Completion Certificate / R-Note for same/similar item along with the offer.

Iii) Packing: As per IRS. iv) GC/WC: As per IRS terms and condition must be submitted. v) All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/ rate is as per GST Law. vi) Firm should quote their valid GST rate in the column & should provide their GST registration number. vii) If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded document, the purchaser may, at his discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.
