Cutting in Earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 meters . Spade Work , Pick Work , & Jumper Work

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift up to 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear from the as of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs.- P-J Work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1Cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in.

Foundation,footing.bases of columns & the like & the mass concrete.

Column

Suspended floors roofs,landina and shelves and their supports,balconies,beams,girders,bressumers and cantilever up to floor to level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. & removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation,footing.bases of columns & the like & the mass concrete.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like i/c attached pillasres, buttresses, plinth & string courses and the like.

Brick Work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) First class bricks.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearstory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position: 2nd class deodar wood

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows & clearestory windows i/c black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws: 40 mm thick 2nd class deodar wood

Providing and fixing Wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S Wire gauge of I.S Gauge designation 85 G with wire of dia 0.56 m.m for door windows and clearstory windows i/c black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws: 40 m.m thick 2nd class deodar wood.

P/F M.S Grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, Square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by the screws ( Plain Grill )

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor to level i/c arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in c:m 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand).

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor to level i/c arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in c:m 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand).

6 mm Cement plaster to ceiling ( a) in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement : 3 Sand )

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign sand papering and knotting. Ready mixed paint brushing with white wood primer pink.

Painting two coats ( Excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning oil, grease, dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping:- Ready mixed paint other than white.

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface (two coats ) to give an even shade.

Providing 40X3 Flat iron hold fast 40cm long i/c fixing to frame with 10m.m dia bolts nut and wooden pugs and embedded in cement conc. Block 30x10x15 (1 cement: 3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing mild steel/tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending , binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Dressing of bed and preparation of sub grade for lining in pick work.

Dressing of sides slope and preparation of sub grade for lining in pick work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:-

1.80 mtr. High fencing with 2.50 mtr. M.S. Angle iron post of size 50 x50x 5 mm (min) including cutting & hosting and welding including painting complete in all respect

1.80 mtr. High fencing with 2.50 mtr. M.S. Angle iron post of size 50x50x5 mm (min) 2.50 mtr. Center to center with 9 horizonal lines and 2 diagonals of Galvanised steel barbed wire (IS-278-1962 Type-I) weighing 9.38 Kg./-per 100 mtr.(Minium) strained and fixed to posts Cost of post, struts and straining bolts shall be paid separately.

Providing & Fixing of Hollow Pipe Gate with locking arrangement complete position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint .

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.in cement mortar.

Fixing Brick Work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) First class bricks.
