Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 3.0 mtr. depth Excavation in ordinary soil including clay black cotton soil, soft murrum, sand, etc. for all types of foundations/footings, plinth beams pilecaps or any other substructure, including shoring, strutting, dewatering backfilling with excavated earth and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 50 metre from the nearest edge of excavation area. The rate shall include all tools, tackles, supervision, transport and incidental expense, overhead & profit, etc. as per section 1 of Tech. Specification, up to and including a depth of 3M below existing level. Quoted rate shall include disposal/transporting and stacking of the surplus earth with in Refinery Complex as instructed by EIC/NRL including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 3.0 mtr. depth

Sand filling in foundation and trenches and compaction etc. complete. Filling in excavations/ pits for foundations with sand - gravel mix 1:1 in layers maximum 200mm thk . And compacted to 85% of realtive density as per IS2720 part XIV up to dept of 1.25m below HPP,including base of foundation pit to be compacted to 95% of the maximum laboratory density as per IS2720 part -VII before filling. all complete all as per technical specifications

Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 in foundation and plinth. Providing, mixing, placing in position, Plain Cement Concrete as per IS:456 under foundations, floors, plinth beams etc. including compaction by vibration, curing, using 20 mm down aggregate all per tech-spec. but excluding form work and reinforcement. all as per technical specifications

Providing and laying RCC M-30 in Foundation and plinth. Providing, mixing, placing in position Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M30 using 20 mm down coarse aggregate for Ready mix concrete including supply and application of Bipolar corrosion inhibiting admixture POLYALK CP293 or equivalent @ 3 kg per cubic meter of concrete as per IS:456 in foundations,beams, plinth beams, columns, portals, slabs, walls, curved walls, retaining walls, pedestals etc, including compaction, vibration, curing and finishing all as per tech spec. but excluding form work and reinforcement. All from foundation level to top of plinth level HPP with cement content minimum 320 kg /cu.m & maximum water cement ration 0.45 all as per technical specifications

Centering & Shuttering for Foundation up to plinth level. Providing and fixing smooth form work of steel plates or marine plywood for concrete elements in beams, columns, portals, slabs, walls, pedestals, liquid retaining structures, pits etc at required slopes as per drawing including making, materials, fixing, supporting, maintaining during and after concreting stripping at appropriate time. All as per tech-spec and from top of foundation to plinth

Steel Reinforcement for RCC Work TMT bars of Fe-500 D Supplying and placing in position high strength deformed bar reinforcement cage of specified grade conforming to IS: 1786 from approved list of suppliers including straightening, cleaning, uncoiling, cutting, bending to required shape & lengths as per details, binding with contractor's own 18 SWG black soft annealed binding wire, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers, welding, if required; all complete including supplying as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. All the rebars TMT bar shall be of Grade Fe 500D.

Providing anchor bolt as per specification and drawing. Supplying, fabrication, delivering and fixing in position of foundation bolts as per standard drawing upto 40 mm dia. including jigs, templates and fixtures.

Grouting of anchor bolts as per specification. Providing grouting for base plates, anchor bolts and pockets , with Non-shrink (premix type) grout with minimum compressive strength of 500 kg/cm2 using, Conbextra -GP2 of M/s. Fosroc OR equivalent, as per manufacturers specifications and all materials, including form work, finishing and curing as per tech-spec.all as per technical specifications.

Brick work in CM 1:6 for foundation and plinth. Providing and laying BRICK MASONRY WITH FIRST CLASS BRICKS in cement mortar 1:6 in foundations, substructures, walls, pillars chambers etc. ,as per specification in one or more brick thickness and in any shape (excluding circular/curved brick masonry) including the cost of materials, labour, scaffolding/ staging, sampling & testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, providing recesses, making openings of any shape & size, finishing the joints flush below ground level and raking out the joints above ground level, sealing the gap between masonry and soffit of beam/slab, embedding the fittings & fixtures, curing, etc. all complete as per specifications. (Excluding mullions and transomes which shall be paid under respective concrete items

Dismantling of existing structures or part at all levels in bolted or welded sections and transporting and fixing it at another location within refinery premises. The scope of work includes but not limited to tagging and marking, loading, unloading, modification, repair, transporting and erection in another location within refinery premises by providing tools, tackles, compressed air, labour, Safety, crane, consumables etc

Dismantling roofing and cladding including ridges and transporting and fixing at another location within refinery premises :Precoated galvanized Profile sheet. The scope of work includes but not limited to loading, unloading, transporting, repairing and erection in another location within refinery premises by providing scoffolding, self tapping screws' washers, GI J/L type hooks, tools, tackles, labour, Safety, crane, consumables etc.

Providing and fixing Paver block of thickness minimum 80 mm as per specifications. Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in line and level with required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete

Providing and Laying of 600 dia NP-3, 1. Hume pipe for drain crossing for access to building in new area. Providing and laying RCC hume pipe Class NP3 with spigot & socket jointed including jointing and testing for 600 dia. Hume Pipe

Laying of WBM-2, one layer 75 mm thick Providing and laying Water bound Macadam in one layer of 75 mm compacted thickness with Grade II aggregates including screening materials and compaction with 8 to 10 T roller to proper grade, camber as per specifications.
