RequiredThe contractor / agency has to submit the Annual Turnover Certificate for consecutive ten years duly certified by the charted accountant on the letter head with UDIN No along with Profit & Loss sheet & Balance sheet & 26AS.

RequiredThe contractor / agency is to submit the details of existing commitments i.e., works on hand in all other departments in addition to the works in GHMC in the statement-1 for evaluation of bid capacity and those who do not furnish the information will be summarily rejected.

Supply of RCC perforated sqaure covers of size 0.7*0.7*0.125m and RCC base frame with size of 0.9*0.9*0.2m incl.cost and conveyance of all charges
