Dismantling 2.5cm thick grading concrete from the roof slab and cleaning the surface lowering and cleaning the debrises within 50m lead with supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete cleaning the debrises with all taxes, excluding GST including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old tar felt from the roof slab and cleaning the surface lowering and cleaning the debrises within 50m lead with supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete cleaning the debrises with all taxes, excluding GST including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil with initial lead & lift with dressing, levelling & compacting the foundation bed, breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm, disposing the material at a designated place with cost of labour, T&P,transportation, loading at one end & unloading at other end, all taxes, excluding GST all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P.C.C(1:3:6) of using 20mm. & down C.B.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing hosting, laying to proper level & slope compacting, curing, watering charges etc. complete including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) for RCC works using 12mm to 20mm size C.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality mixing, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding cost of reinforcement steel)

Supply Tor/TMT steel manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/ VIZaG Steel of Fe 500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including supply of steel, labour, materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all complete but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient.

Providing rigid smooth leak proof cantering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank of approved quality for R.C.C. structures and deshuttering and removing the same after due period with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work in Fly Ash Bricks of size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm² to 99Kg/Cm² with C.M (1:6) including splay/cutting, racking out the joints curing, hoisting, staging at any height with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, transportation charges, curing, testing charges etc. all complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

12 MM thick Cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) proportion, over brick work including racking out the joints, finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding the corners wherever found necessary including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Neat cement punning over cement plaster using cement @2.20 kg/m2 & curing with cost of labour, materials, T&P, taxes, royalties, curing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)

Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, excluding GST complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

40mm. (av) thick graded cement concrete in C.C.(1:2:4) using 12mm. to 6mm. size hard granite chips of approved quality including cleaning the roof top, washing, mixing, hoisting laying to proper level slope, gradient making rounding hunching at the corners, joints, finished smooth to exposed surface over 2 coats of WPC as water proofing course with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage transportations, staging, scaffolding, curing, etc. all complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of 32 mm thick WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid doors/window/ventilator shutters of required thickness & size with required fittings ( T-bolt,SS hinges,SS handles,SS Aldrops & SS screw etc.) including cost of loading & unloading charges. With supply of all labour , materials, T&P, all taxes, transport charges, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding cost of GST). N.B. Colour & design decided by the department.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid frame for doors/window/ventilator of required Frame size (100mm X 75mm)as directed including fitting, fixing with using SS 150mm long anchor bolt with supply of all fittings, including cost of loading & unloading charges. With supply of all labour , materials, T&P, all taxes, transport charges, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding cost of GST). N.B. Colour & design decided by the department.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to Centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen, excluding GST etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineering-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. Exterior painting two coats to wall surface with acrylic based weather coat paint with one coat primer of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus, Fading, including scraping, cleaning, brushing, washing the old paint, as and when required, removing the flakes applying uniformly two coats including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved quality & shade enamel paint on new iron work over one coat of red oxide primer including scraping, cleaning, the old paint surface sand papering, filling the holes with wax putty etc. all complete including cost and supply of all materials, labour,T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, etc. all complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of 8mm thick ceramic floor tiles plain/antiskid ( premium Quality 300 x300 mm or 400 x 400 mm size)in 1st floor, treads or steps and landing on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and cleaning complete including supply of all labour material taxes tollage etc. all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of 6.5mm to 6.7mm thick ceramic wall tiles ( premium Quality 200 x300 mm or 200 x200 mm size)as approved by EIC in floors, treads or steps and landing on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and cleaning complete including supply of all labour material taxes tollage etc. all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of chequred tiles as apporved by EIC ( premimum Quality )in floors , treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including supply of all labour material taxes tollage etc all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer in charge.
