Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc, laying of pipes, cables or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard /dense soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete, bed blocks etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil complte all as specified and directed.

Removal excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour brick work with fly ash brick old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290-W (Gde.E-165) and fixing at site complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of 3.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Fixing included under item No 10 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per Square Metre) of chain link fencing shall be derived as per site through a BOO appointed by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 10cm and n.exc 15cm long, diameter of shank 11-15mm , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel round bars 10mm dia, for horizontal tie bars for fencing post etc including necessary welding with 50mm overlapping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on primer on surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: - Each line wire to be measured).

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 5mm and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified.

Material and labour form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundations and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter rough finish, flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour form work to sides of pillars, coloumns and similar items (square, rectangular or polygonal) including edges, rough finished surface of concrete, flat complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing cement concrete nominal mix 1:1.5:3, type A-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete and the like complete all as specified and directed (reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

Material and labour 18-20mm thick black granite slab, single piece (of any type & shade as approved), width and length as ordered, best quality machine cut to be fixed onvertical surfaces of wallsand coloumns and like and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing and granite polishing, over screed bed 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, rubbing and polishing (mirror finish), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:3 over concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel framed work as in gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410W (Gde -E-250 quality B) with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door, fittings and hanging, also fastering and fixing, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface excavation to required camber and gradient not exceeding 30 cms deep and averaging 15cms deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge of guage n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment (in top layer), different colours, laid over and including 40mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Rate includes supply and spreading of sand. 2. The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Material and labour 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base etc, finished even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of fo Running metres or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conform to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as grating over drain etc complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller of capacity exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour form Work to edges of concrete flats, treads, break in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n.exc 20cm wide and side of RCC / PCC bends in walls , horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (mix by vol, Grade M-10) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour RMC type 1:2:4 (mix by Vol, Grade M-15) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour basket ball pole/post complete including excavation in hard / dense soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, MS pipe poles, acrylic board, net & ring etc including painting 02 coats with synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surfaces & removal of surplus soil to distance n.exc 50metre complete all as specified and directed. Shown on drg No STD-1371(C) and as directed.

Material and labour for 12mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, for thickness of concrete slab n.exc 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard & dense soil n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new decorated concrete or plastered surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of primer complete
