Supply, laying, jointing and testing underground cables HT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strips armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor HT 11000 volts grade and 95 sqmm 3 core cross sectional area conforming to latest IS and ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundations of poles/stays/cable etc not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 here-in before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Returining filling in including spreading ,levelling,watering and wall ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning for mechanical protection of cable, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below ground level connected to and including GI strip 32x6 mm as earthing leads by means of nuts, bolts, washers etc made of and connected to test point and earth dolly as all shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber, pre cast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM jali (weight not less than 4.0 kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel, with wire mesh, 20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe, test point etc including taking out of old u/s earthing set, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protection of earth lead. Any additional length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI earth lead. Any additional in length shall be adjusted through deviation order (iii) Item includes the cost of Charcoal and commercial salt

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT feeder pillar box outdoor type factory made weather and vermin proof made out from 3.15 mm thick sheet supported with legs all across the panel made of angle iron (50x50x5) mm of size 1.2 mtr x 1 mtr x 1 mtr with 3 Nos required length aluminium bus bar of size (40 x10) mm or 400 Amps for 11 KV , 11 KV post Insulator 6 Nos duly drilled hole for HT Cable connection including front and rear side openable with locking arrangment suitable for 11 KV HT and provision for incoming and out going HT cable connection including painting with two coats of smoke gray synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and providing security fence XPM jally type of 2 mtr height from ground level square type all rounded 2.5 mtr length with 9 Nos angle iron of (25x25x5) mm of hight 2.25mtr (2mtr above ground 0.25 mtr under ground) including necessary location gate of same XPM jally all as specified and directed . Note:- Feeder piller box shall be mounted on brick platform built in PCC not less then 60 cm above ground level with suitable PCC foundation rendering 15 mm in CM (1:6), applying two coats of cement base paints and XPM jally supported on 9 nos angle iron with concrete base.

Taking down existing unserviceable ACSR Conductor from pole including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed.(From HT Pole)

Taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts , washers and GI bracket from existing pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable insulators any type & any size, including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of steel tubular pole structure of any size complete and set aside for reuse all as specified and directed

Dismantling strip earthing of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Old unsv Gang operated device of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry transformer platform (3x2x1) mtr with XPM fencing with weight not less than 4Kgs/Sqm and angle iron (50x50x6) mm for support & gate with locking arrangement. PCC floor type B-1 (1:2:4) 100mm thick including excavation and earth work, platform white washing, aluminium painting of fencing and frame work, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all HT and LT connection from Transformer of any capacity and shifting of same to the newly constructed platform not more than 200 mtr distance within the Garrison incl reconnecting at new place all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation and sides of poles filling and mass concrete etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in stay and coping of poles including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surface without using cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Switch air break gang operated (Swing out expulsion fuse insulators), tripple pole mechnical operated from ground level mounted on insulator and Mild steel frame (15 insulators type) out door type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post top insulator with drop out fuses operating rod 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe worked from ground level confirming of IS 1818 of 1972 and contineous current rating upto 200 amp and volt 11 KV, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Lightning arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings, station class, discharge capacity 65 KA 11 KV grade , complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only steel tubular pole 11 mtr long obtained from dismantling all as specified and directed.
