Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, non clog submersible pumps, cast iron body,discharge of pump 200 cum per hour at 30 metre head squirrel cage, 3 phase motor of IP 68 protection class A, Class 'F' insulation, suitable for voltage 450 + 10%, 40 HP, 1450 RPM or above with bronze impeller 410 stainless steel shaft, suitable for handing 80 mm solids, starting method - star delta complete all as specified and directed MAKE : Model ASTRA-SA 100-400 of Kishor Pumps or equivalent in KSB/Kirloskar/ Kalama and including the following :- (a) Submersible copper conductor cable of suitable type and of size 10 Sqmm, 4 core - 15 metre. (b) Control panel as supplied by pump manufacturer (Kishore) OR MN 45 (Make: L&T) for automatic operation of pump set. Note :- Rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included the cost of control panel and submersible copper conductor cable having length 15 mtr with each pump. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for laying/taking out cable and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

(Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for cable protection will be measured & paid for seperately)
