Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patches in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead including all carriages and cost of material involved.(1:4) Mix (1 cement : 4 course sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats)

Making cupboard using waterproof ply 19mm thick all sides and for shelves, 1 mm thick mica all fixtures and fittings complete in all respects including glazing, enameled paint etc and costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and fixing of CGI Roofing colour coated on outer side of window fixing using cement mortar as directed by EIC and cost and carriage of all materials involved.

Waterproofing of all surfaces cleaning the surface with wire brush to make the surface free from all loose particles, dust, etc, then Repairing/making the corner fillets (i.e Gola ) with Dr, Fixit Pidicrete Urp 301 waterproofing compound in cement and sand mortar in the ratio of 5ltr.Urp : 1 cement : 4 sand. Then applying one coat of Dr. Fixit Tourch shield Primer or Equivalent with brush over the surface prepared for waterproofing. After primer coat Dr. Fixit Tourch shield membrane 3160 (3 mm thick) or equivalent is layed over all horizontal and vertical surfaces prepared with tourching and sealing of overlapped joints ( Min. overlap of joints = 100 mm).and then properly the membrane waterproofing coat with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 mixed with water prompts compound as directed by EIC. The rates including cost and carriage of all material involved complete Job.
