Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth,earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick Work in CM 1:5 mix using II Class Bricks including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete. - 100.00 Cft

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete .for 10 cum - 1.5m to 4.5m below GL

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for paneling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Distempering two coats with approved Distemper over two coat of Priming coat of Cement Paint cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.( NEW SURFACE)

Colour washing two coats using cement paint including cost of cement paint , cost of all materials , labour charges etc complete and as directed by TWAD board Officers.

Painting two coats over New iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete
