Dismantling of old ACB & other accessories from existing Panel, removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with help of cutter, heavy labour etc. for incomer No. 2.

Supply of 2000 Amp. 4 Pole Air Circuit Breaker of 75kA breaking capacity based on microprocessor, MDO version. Make: - C&S/L&T/Siemens/DJB Approved.

Providing /fixing and making connection of bus bar of 2000Amp ACB links, bends, aluminum bus bar will be of electrolytic grade 55% conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation made out of non-hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensile.

Arrangement of incoming/outgoing cable termination by providing & fixing of terminal link of current carrying capacity 2000 Amp. With phase separator in sheet. Removable cable gland plate to be provided for each cable entry with gland. Making connection of both incoming & outgoing side as required with proper insulation.

Fixing of the ACB 2000Amp. in the existing LT Panel Board including providing & fabrication & fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber. Modification in panel door. Re-fixing of existing all the measuring instruments, CT's, lamps, etc. at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5 sq. mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc. and fixing the backup fuses as per requirement.

Providing and Fixing of Under voltage trip device (UVT) Type MV 415 Volt for 2000Amp ACBs. Make: - C&S /L&T/Siemens/DJB Approved.

Providing and fixing of Fixed contact for above ACB 2000 Amp capacity including Bakelite base and nut bolt etc as per sample

Providing of Digital Amp. Meter. -Make AE/L&T/DJB Approved

Providing of Digital Volt Meter0-500V -Make AE/L&T/DJB Approved

Supply of Ceasefire ABC Powder based Fire Extinguisher (MAP 90) - 4 kg/4.5 kg. Range of ABC extinguishers are effective against Class A, B and C fires as well as Electrical fires. Make: - Ceasefire/Omex and any approved make by DJB

Servicing, over hauling of complete ACB of various rating installed as incomer & Bus coupler 2000Amp. & 800 Amp 07 Nos.ACB in panel, removal of old grease and re-greasing of all movable parts with recommended grease, setting of tripping mechanism ,re-wiring of under voltage coil ,changing of plunger of UV assembly complete servicing of ACB Fixing of components in place of defective components as required complete with control wiring, fixing of amp. Meter, indicating lights etc. & re-installation of A.C.B. in existing LT panel complete with all incoming & out going cable connection with thimbling, setting of relay parameters for proper tripping in case of any fault..

Testing & commissioning of the installed equipment's, testing of the panel prior to switching on as follow: - i) Continuity and earth testing ii) Meggaring of all equipment's for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. iii) Checking for all tightness of nut and bolts iv) Alignments of doors etc. v) Interlocking tests. vi) Repairing/Replacement of control wiring for 2000 Amp ACB as required vii) All function tests including cartage, loading, unloading, includes other sundry items like neoprene gasket, joints, oxidizing grease nut bolts, washers and other items which are useful and necessary for proper assembling and efficient working of the ACB, with adequate provision for safety measures during execution of work etc. wherever necessary so as to avoid accident.
