Item No 4 Dismantling of PVC water tanks of exc 250 litres and n.exc 500 litres capacity of any condition or type complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 5 Dismantling of Cast Iron pipe/ RCC drain pipe/PVC pipe up to 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 6 Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of old tiles from premises complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 7 M&L for cutting chases on brick or concrete surface for concealed water tubing of girth n.exc 10cm including making good of disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm crushed graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 8 Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the disturbed surfaces. The rate quoted be the contractor is deemed to be included in the unit rates.)

Item No 9 Demolition of Mud phuska in roofs, any thickness including plastering and leaping of any thickness upto 30cm deep complete all as specified and directed. (Note : All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the disturbed surfaces. )

Item No 10 Dismantling of floor of Bathroom/Kitchen/WC with Indian type Water closet and removing out the cinder/concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle with compressed air or any other suitable method depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges etc complete all as specified and directed. (b) Cleaning or RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with compressed air or any other particles or any other suitable techniques on site conditions etc. (c) M&L for a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat of acrylic polymer modified cementitious liquid @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fibre reinforcement waterproofing polymer Fab-I and top coat with acrylic polymer modified cementitious liquid @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm (e) M&L for providing 25mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall. (d) The area of Each Bathroom/WC aea n.exc 1.80 Sqm. (e) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Note : The work will be executed by authorised manufacturers/applicator.

Item No 11 All as per item No 10 above but of kitchen of sunken portion area n. Exc 0.81 Sqm each

Item No 12 M&L for protection plaster 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound WPC complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 M&L for sunken portion filled with 40 mm graded brick bats or surkhi complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 14 M&L for cement concrete 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and finishing even and fair on sunken floor complete all as specified and directed

Item No 15 Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 16 All as per item No. 15 above but 20 mm bore

Item No 17 Taking down chowkhats or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 18 Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19 Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20 Taking down Angle iron chowkhats with shutters of any description exc 1.5 sqm and not exc 4.00 sqm each and re-fixing in the same or other opening as required at site including repairing/jointing additional frames if required complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by the contractor are inclusive of taking down old mild steel hinges carefully without damaging and re-fixing in the same or other opening as directed. Nothing extra cost will be allowed in this account. The angle iron, hold fasts and hinges welded will be paid under separate items complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 21 Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish,vegetation etc outside complex (MOD land) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 22 S&F Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Item No 23 S&F 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 24 M&L Frame work as in door chowkhats with angle iron welded together ends of angle shouldered and fixed to opening and welding 3 Nos mild steel butt hinges, and 6 nos hold fasts made out of FI 25x3 mm 30 cm long for fixing of chowkhats( Butt hinges paid separately) complete all as specified and directed

Item No 25 All as per item No.24 above but fixing only.

Item No 26 M & L framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars, railing and similar work confirming to Fe-290 gde E-165 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Item No 27 S&F 35mm thick factory made flush shutters solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 28 S & F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and directed.

Item No 29 M&L Factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutter 35mm thick, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/gauge etc, without sash bars, mitred and rebated, with edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc, sizes of members of shutter as specified in section 8, clause 8.24(a) of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 30 S&F flush shutter of 25 mm thickness solid core construction with block board core and ply wood face panel commercial type on both side to be fixed as shutter of cupboard/kitchen cup board/loft board including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 31 S&F (size) butt hinges, of size 100 mm long, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 32 All as per item No 31 above but size 75 mm long.

Item No 33 S&F 300mm long, Aluminium alloy anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 39 Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 5.00km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of taking out all the debris and dumped whereever required and the contractor is fully responsible for finding out dumbing ground and necessary permission obtained from the authorities. The department is not responsible for any correspondence to any authorities. The contractor shall consider the entire facts before quoting the tender. The debries shall be deposited out of defence.

Item No 40 M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks for hold fast, coping, benching etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating including form work to concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed upto two storey height.

Item No 41 S&F Hasp and staple, 75mm size, safety type, brass with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate & fixed with screws, complete all as specified and directed

Item No 42 S&F in repair 40mm dia, cup boards stainless steel knobs fixed with nuts , screw and washer of mild steel, bright finished complete all as specified and directed

Item No 43 S&F 150mm size double action spring hinge, mild steel with steel wire spring, stove enamelled black complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 49 M&L Granite slab of 18 to 20mm thick with uniform texture (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with colour of stone stone for Kitchen cooking platform laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) polishing bevelled edges of corner etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 50 M&L Granite tiles of 18 to 20mm thick with uniform texture (table rubbed and polished) on vertical surface including pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of makrana doogri green colour stone laid over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) polishing bevelled edges of corner etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 51 S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed

Item No 52 M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 53 All as per item No 52 above but except bricks.

Item No 54 M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to include the necessary scafoldings, supports etc. Nothing extra will be claimed on this account. The work will be executed upto G+3 Storyes building.The form work will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Item No 58 M&L Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick with uniform texture in floor (size 580mm x 580mm) with laid just like tile and not to be laid as staggered pattern over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed

Item No 59 M&L kota stone slab with uniform texture of 18-20 mm thick in treader of steps, riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillars in one single piece laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in cement morter 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , bevelled edge of corner etc incl three line grooves on both sdes of the steps complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 60 S&F Form work to sides and soffits of shelves etc including supports such as kitchen shelves, platforms and similar works rough finish surface of concrete (the thickness of slab/shelves n.exc. 100 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 61 M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, chajja and like surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Item No 62 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separatelly).

Item No 105 S&F Drappery curtain rods decorative type stainless steel 25mm nominal dia of approved quality (3mm wall thickness) including fixing of two number decorative brackets fixed in brick/concrete wall, Two number of latto on both ends of curtain rods ( The length of each curtain rod will be 1.00m to 1.50m long) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 106 Taking down carefully without damaging old mild steel railing and refixing in the same or other places as directed incl 2coats of synthetic enamel paint after complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified. The rates quoted by the contractor is deemed to include the necessary making good of damaged portion filling on walls with PCC , 1:2:4 type B1 using (20mm graded aggregate)

Item No 107 M&L for applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS - 3384 @ 0.50 Litres/sqm on prepared surfaces of plaster and applying APP based polymeric membrane @ 4.00 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric and sealing joints by torch application complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 108 M&L for heat resistant tiles of superior specification of size 300x300x18-20mm thick laid bedded and pointed with neat cement slurry to match with the colour of the tiles over 20mm thick screed bed i CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 126 M&L for followings :- (i) Removing plaster & finishes all around the coloumns, slabs & beams (on all four sides of column to full height , three sides of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed) (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet or sand blasting. (v) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. (vi) M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars as per manufacturers instrucions. (a) cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) alround (b) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufactuer

(c) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating. (vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 127 M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 128 Add or Deduct for each 2mm thick or part there of over or under 25mm thick PMM

Item No 129 M&L for treatement of cracks found in the core concrete :- (i) Opening of crack by making a ' V' notch/groove of size 12mm x 12mm over the entire length of the crack as identified by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) Cleaning ' v' notch/groove of all dust/debris/loose material (iii) Drilling hole of 16mm dia and about 40mm deep along the length of crack @ (300 mm c/c or thickness of structural member whichever is less) Note : In case length of crack is found less than 300 mm then min 2 holes shall be drilled. (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole drilled above and fixing the nipple with the help of fast setting epoxy putty. (v) Seal the surface around the nipple and the area of crack between successive nipples polymer modified mortar to ensure that there is no leakage from any gap. (vi) Allow the PMM to cure for 24 hours and ensure that firmly fixed in postion. (vii) Ceaning nipple one by one commencin from the top to bottom in case of column and one by one in alternate direction incase of beam/slab using blow compressed air followed by water injection. An Ensuring that there is no obstruction in free flow of grouting materials complete all as specified and directed.

(viii) Injecting resin with very low viscosity monomer by mixing resin and hardener in proportions recommended by manufacturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controlling of flow of compressed air & resin. Note : pressure shall be in the range of 1-2 kg/sqm and shall be done in nipples one by one as per order recommended by manufacturer. Mixing of resin and hardenere shall be mixed in small quantities so as it is consumed with in 30 minutes. Before use mixer shall be stirred thoroughly. (ix) Allow entire effected surface to cure for 24 hours. (x) Cutting out projected parts of the nipple & seal the hole in the nipple with epoxy putty as recommended by manufacturer. (xi) Cleaning exposed surface of substrate off any dust /loose material after ageing of the grout as recommended by manufactuer. (NOTE : THE RATE QUOTED IS INCLUSIVE FOR ENTIRE COMPLETION OF WORK. THE MEASUREMENT FOR THE ABOVE ITEM IS MADE FOR EACH SET OF HOLE COMPLETE ALL AS SPECIFIED)

Item No 130 M&L for treatement of core concrete when found to be porous/honeycombed :- (i) Marking the area in marker as directed by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) Drilling holes of upto 16mm dia in an orthogonal grid on exposed cone of member @ 150 mm c/c both way, depth of the hole shall be about 60% of the element thickness. (iii) Clean the drill hole using compressed air removing the dust/dirt. (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole with the annular space around the nipple sealed with epoxy putty. It shall be ensured that the injected grount does not leak. (v) Allow the nipple to cure for 24 hours. (vi) Injecting Resin with very low viscosity monomer by mixing resin and hardener in proportions recommended by manufacturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controlling of flow of compressed air & resin. Item No 131 M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade,using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is inclueded in this item.

Item No 132 M&L for Drilling & chemical anchoring of new rebars/stirrups :- (i) Drilling into the sound RCC members for anchoring of rebars/stirrups as directed, the dia of hole to be match with dia of rebar & length of drilling as under :- 8 mm dia bar - drilling length 80 to 100 mm - 384 Nos Note : Anchoring of new re-bars of any dia as directed in to the sound RCC members as directed using pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar with appropriate diameter of drilling of holes as mentioned above for proper bonding into the concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed. (Note :-The cost of drilling hole & chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item)

Item No 133 M&L for Drilling & chemical anchoring of new rebars/stirrups :- (i) Drilling into the sound RCC members for anchoring of rebars/stirrups as directed, the dia of hole to be match with dia of rebar & length of drilling as under :- 16 & 20 mm dia bar - drilling length 160 to 180 mm - 700 Nos Note : Anchoring of new re-bars of any dia as directed in to the sound RCC members as directed using pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar with appropriate diameter of drilling of holes as mentioned above for proper bonding into the concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed. (Note :-The cost of drilling hole & chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item)

Item No 134 M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by sand brushing scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of a layer of epoxy adehessive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and provide guniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and total aperture 75 mm, thickness of gunite n.exc 25 mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :3 with OPC 43 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2 % by wight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper Geometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface as in side and soffits of slabs,chajjas,fins,facias ,parapets ,columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding ,shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height upto four storey buildings incl removing of small trees shrubs etc complete all as specified and directed (Note: steel welded mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded meshis to be welded with the existing re-inforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Item No 135 M&L for providing guniting in two layers over steel welded mesh of 2mm dia of wire and total aperture 75mm thickness of gunite n. Exc 25mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1:3 with OPC 43 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunited surfaces of required thickness to give plaster over gunited surface to give an even, uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface as in side and soffits of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height upto four storey buildings incl removing of small trees welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded with the existing reinforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Item No 136 M&L for bottle trap for 32mm bore of chromium plated with wall connection pipe and wall flange qith minimum water seal of 25mm complete all as specified and directed.
