Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead for all lead upto 10 kms including all lifts involved.

Removal of existing lighting control gangbox, light fixtures, exhaust fans etc., from all the washrooms, bathrooms and handwash area along with electrical pipes, existing switches, sockets, lights. exhause fans etc., after duly disconnecting the incoming electrical power from Hostel C & E Block without any damage as all these removed items are to be re-used as mentioned and estimated in Item No:2.

Successfull Refixing and Commissioning of all the items viz electrical pipes, wirings, gangbox, fixtures, exhaust fan etc., which are removed from the washroom, bathroom, handwash area (Item No:1) to the respective Hostel C & E Block Toilets, Bathrooms, Handwash areas and to reconnect the incoming electrical line as required using suitable hardwares etc.,

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories like bend, junction box etc., in surface and to refix the existing electrical wiring inside the newly laid pipe and connect back to the mains circuit as required. Supply, Installation, Testing and Successful Commissioning of 10” x 10” Teakwood Switch Board covered with 3 mm thick hylem sheet and consisting of the following pre-wired with 4 sq.mm FRLS copper wire for Phase, Neutral and Earth and ready for use to fix on the wall using neccesssary hardwares as required. a) 15Amps, 5 Pin Flush Type Socket - 2 Nos. b) 15 Amps Flush Type Switch - 2 Nos. c) 5 Amps Flush Type Indicator - 1 No. d) 20 Amps DP, 10 kA, "C" Curve, 230V AC MCB - 1 No. Note: To operate from any one of the make by referring Tender Document.

Group A Wiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc., as required. Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. Note: Masonry enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet. As per IS 3043, charcoal/ coke and salt should be refilled with 50 Kg each per earthpit.
