S&F of Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified Make: Tata, Jindal,Bhushan.

S&F of 1mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in valley gutters, drip, nozzles, shoes and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating grade 275.

S&F of 0.8mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, drip etc. (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating grade 275 .

S&F MS Section(Flate/Angles) for wind tie, cladding for roof including securing bolt, etc similar work conforming to Fe-290

S&F 2mm thick of Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc.

M&L for preparation of old iron surface apply one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paint on prepared surface. Make: Asian-Apcolite, Nerolac- HI gloss finish approved by EIC.

M&L Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and apply neat cement slurry 3 kg/Sqm and 20mm thick 1:3 cement plaster on concrete or brickwork surface.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match. Make : kajaria, Johnson, Somany.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed with 1:4 cement mortar on floor.

M&L for 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall surface . Make: JK,birla.

M&L for preparation of new wall surface apply two coat of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification Make: Nerolac-BEAUTY,Asian-TRACTOR EMULSION, Berger- BISON approved by EIC.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces Make: Asian-ACE,Berger- WEATHERCOAT,Nerolac- EXCEL approved by EIC/WIC.
