Work Related to Centralized Air Conditioners

Operation/checking of all the AC/VRV’s in all three shifts. This operation/checking in all three shifts for one month will be treated as one set.

Record of all electrical parameters viz. voltage, current, Temperature in form of log books. This should be recorded in each shift. Record of all the aforesaid parameters in all three shift for one month will be treated as one set

Work Related to Compact electrical substation and DG set

Round the clock Operation of electrical substation and DG sets. This operation in all three shifts for one month will be treated as one set.

Round the clock data logging of various parameters like voltage, current drawn, KVA, Power factor, Load, KVAH, KVARH in each substations and DG fuel reading, in log books. The above recorded data in all three shift for one month will be called as one set.

Maintain the log book for diesel inventory, start time, stop time as per directed by EIC. The above recorded data in all three shift for one month will be called as one set.

Work Related to UPS battery backups

Cleaning of enclosures on monthly basis. This cleaning of both the UPS enclosures will be treated as one set.(1 set/month X 1 month =1 set)

Work Related to Street lights

Daily operation of street lights. On & off of all the lights at both sites for one month will be treated as one set.

Cleaning of street lighting fixtures (Perspex covers, reflectors etc), Minor trimming of trees, Removing of bird nest/any other unwanted cables/wires/internet & cable TV wires/ posters etc. This will be done on monthly basis and will be treated as one set.(1 set/month X 1 month =1 set)

Maintain the daily record of working/nonworking lights. This should be recorded in night shift and this work for one month will be treated as one set.

Work Related to Low Tension Panels, Main Distribution Boards, Power distribution boards

Monthly cleaning of LT Panels, MDBs, PDBs installed at both sites. This monthly cleaning of aforesaid panels will be treated as one set of work.(1 set/month X 1 month = 1 set)

Round the clock observation and record of all electrical parameters viz. Voltage, current, load etc. on all indicating panels/MDBs/PDBs as per site requirement in the log books. All the above recorded parameters in all three shift for one month will form one set.

Work Related to Fans, Tube lights, ACs and Geysers

Cleaning of fans/tube lights/AC/ geysers etc as listed in Table 1. This cleaning should be done on monthly basis. This monthly cleaning will be treated as one set. (1 set/month X 1 month =1 set)

Maintain the log books of working and nonworking fans/tube lights/geysers. This should be recorded daily. This daily record for one month will be treated as one set

Work Related to Water treatment plant (WTP) and Sewage treatment Plant (STP)

Daily pumps operation on round the clock basis. Open & close operation in both the plants will be treated as single operation. These operations in all three shifts for one month will be treated as one set.

Record the water reading parameters like pH, TDS in WTP in form of log books. All the above recorded parameters in all three shifts in all plants for one month will form one set

In STP, record of parameters like pH, TDS in form of log books available at both sites. All the above recorded parameters in all three shifts in all plants for one month will form one set

Work Related to Water Taps, pipelines and flush tanks

Rectification and repair of the minor defects like Leakages from Taps, pipelines, Flushes and sinks. Average 10 Nos. Taps/pipeline/flush is anticipated to be defective daily and get repaired. The rectifications of these defects for one month will form one set of work.

The log book must be maintained for defected taps. In case of major faults, a sign tag on it must be placed. This should be recorded daily. This daily record for one month will be treated as one set.

Checking of Earth resistance: Total 100 approx. Point should be checked & recorded on monthly basis. This work done for a period of one month will be treated as one set

Checking of water level in each tank approx. 10 nos. at both sites on monthly basis

Electrical Insulation Tape (2Nos), Teflon tapes (2 Nos.), Rubber based Adhesive (20 ml-5 Nos), Multipurpose Grease (1 Kg), Colin Bottle 2 Bottle ( 1 Lt. each), M-Seal (100g- 10 Nos.), Small nails (approx. 100 Nos-1 packet), Plunger (02 Nos)
