RENOVATION OF APFC PANEL Dismantling of defective components from APFC panels , such as capacitors, contactors, MCBs, indication lights, auto-manual switches etc. including their incoming and outgoing connections etc. as required at site

Supply of heavy duty capacitors of various capacities , rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC , complete with discharge device and terminal cover and fixing clamps - make Standard

Banking of capacitor units to form suitable capacity capacitor banks using aluminium links/cables lugs and necessary hardware etc. as required at site

Supply of 12 step microprocessor based APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters- make Standard

Supply of digital ammeter with control wiring in place of defective ammeter - make L&T/AE

Supply of Digital voltmeter with control wiring in place of defective voltmeter- make L&T/AE

Supply of capacitors duty contactor MCO-50 for 50 kVAr additional stage in APFC panel -make L&T/Schneider

Supply of capacitors duty contactor MCO-25 for 25 kVAr additional stage in APFC panel -make L&T/Schneider

Supply of 125 A , TP MCCB suitable for 50 kVAr capacitor stage - make L&T/ Schneider

Supply of 63 A , TP MCCB suitable for 25 kVAr capacitor stage - make L&T/ Schneider

Supply of indication lights of various colours to replace defective lights in APFC panels- make standard/FTC

Installation of all components mentioned above using necessary hardware , including incoming/outgoing connections with copper wires, lugs, tapes etc. as required at site

Servicing of APFC panels including complete dusting of the panel, cleaning of contact points , Decarbonising of joints, alignment of doors, checking of all nuts & bolts etc. as required at site

Testing commissioning of APFC panels including following:((i).Continuity and earth testing (ii) Setting of APFC relay for target power factor (iii) Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, neutral to body,neutral to earth and phase to earth. iv. Monitoring of power factor

SITC OF STATIC CAPACITOR BANKS OF TRANSFORMERS Supply of sheet steel housing of 14/16 SWG sheet suitable to accommodate 50 kVAr capacitors in 4 stages along with MCBs and indication lights complete with electrical interconnection by multistrand copper wires , duly painted in siemens grey shade ready for installation and connecting to supply-make standard

Supply of heavy duty capacitors of various capacities , rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC , complete with discharge device and terminal cover and fixing clamps - make Standard

Supply of three pole, MCCB , 100 A rating for main incoming of static capacitor bank -make L&T/Schneider/Havells

Supply of three pole, MCB up 32 A rating for protection of capacitor in each stage -make L&T/Schneider/Havells

Supply of indication lights of various colours to indicate the status of capacitor units - make FTC/standard

Installation of all components mentioned above using necessary hardware , including incoming/outgoing connections with copper wires, lugs, tapes etc. as required at site

Supply of 70 mm sq. , 3.5 core, aluminiumarmoured cable 1100 V grade - make Havells/Polycab/any ISI marked

Installation of static capacitor bank by fixing on to the ground with suitable hardware , laying & termination of 70 mm cable and earthing of the capacitor bank

Testing commissioning of static capacitor banks including following i. Continuity and earth testing ii) Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, and phase to earth.
