SITC of new Automatic Lift ( as per manufacturer design & as per detailed specification below conforming to relevant IS ) and putting into operation after final testing in the existing lift shaft complete with all accessories and repairing the damage wall / floor if any etc to complete as reqd. Before installation of new Lift, the existing old Lift installation is to be dismantled and kept in safe/proper place as per direction of E.I.C/Authority.

Button : All buttons on car & landing shall be luminous, on/off switch for Lift, fan, light, toggle switch or key switch for automatic/attendent mode of operation. Intercom system: Battery operated intercom system in Lift Car, Machine Room & Control Room

Fireman switch: Fireman switch at main landing terminal.

Voice Synthesizer: Voice announcement system (Voice Synthesizer) in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the car passes or stops at a floor served by the elevator.
